With amazing views of Moosehead Lake, this lakefront cottage sits in an ideal setting. With a large lawn, towering birch trees and open lake views, you will be inclined never to leave this Greenville property. Centrally located just one mile from downtown Greenville, the location of this vacation rental is perfect for summer and winter enjoyment: World-class snowmobiling and fishing, Squaw Ski Resort just 7 miles away and the Red Cross Beach is only 2 minutes away by foot.

Unique features of this property include a large living room with great views of the lake, a bedroom with queen size bunk beds for little kids and big kids alike, a master bedroom with en-suite and a large kitchen (with a gas range, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker requiring k-cups) and dining room each with lake views. There is also a large deck with furniture and a BBQ grill available to renters.

We also offer a canoe and kayak for our renters to use.

This lakefront vacation rental is truly a cozy and comfortable cottage for a single family, multiple families or couples, designed to ensure a great deal of fun for all.

Beautiful Camp on Moosehead
We booked this camp for the ice fishing derby at Moosehead. The camp is right on the water and the views are amazing. The camp has older charm with a ton of updates. It was clean and spacious. They have everything you need for your trip. The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of heat for those cold winter months, with a gorgeous fireplace. Plenty of space for parking. We loved this camp and will definitely be back.

White Christmas
The property was clean, very lovely and had beautiful views. The property was right on the lake and I can only imagine how beautiful it is in summer. We went for a white Christmas and the owner was nice enough to put up a tree and decorations! We had a wonderful 2 weeks with a very white Christmas! Thank you so much for everything!

The house was lovely. Super clean and neat. Location was perfect. Right on Moosehead Lake and seconds from the town - Greenville. The host gave us great dinner recommendations and net net, it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location. Great fall foliage. Peaceful and relaxing. Took the back roads and found the moose! The house was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Great hosts!

Fantastic family getaway
This is the perfect vacation spot for a fun relaxing family vacation. Our teens loved everything about this vacation. Kayaking, swimming, hiking, reading, and playing tons of family games. It’s was exact what we needed before school starts up. Amazing property owners and just an overall excellent trip!

Awesome spot
This is our 4th summer coming to this house and we absolutely love it! It’s the perfect layout for our family with young kids. The yard is large with plenty of space for outdoor activities. The dock has stairs for easy access to the water with a small beach area as well. It is close to town but on a quiet street. Communication with the owners is easy with quick response. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Beautiful home on the lake
This was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. The home was beautiful and well stocked. We spent the whole week on the dock ( which has stairs) relaxing, swimming and I can’t say enough about the gorgeous view! We will be coming back next summer 😃

Awesome week away
To have a house right on the lake would be a dream to me. We were so happy to have been able to stay here for a week. Nice roomy back yard area. Nice doc. Great view of lake even sitting in the couch. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple days. When we first arrived it was hot in the house. But It did end up cooling down nicely each night. I miss read the description of the house. I thought AC was through out the house but it does say Just in the master bedroom. But again… it was very comfortable in the house after we got things opened up in the house. We will be back (I hope!)

Breathtaking views
We loved everything about this place; from the set up of the house, to the location to the water, to the absolutely beautiful views from everywhere, to the location to town. Perfect Space for a Relaxing Stay
Ken and Lindsay's place was excellent for our week-long family trip to Moosehead Lake. The view from the house was unbeatable; the backyard had some flat green space for the dog to play, a firepit with chairs, and a private dock. The inside was just as amazing. Very clean, comfy beds, fun decor, and a full kitchen with lots of seating. Greenville is a cute little town that provides easy access to both sides of the lake, and it doesn't take long at all to head towards Mount Kineo. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this place!

The property and house were perfect! We enjoyed our stay here so much! Beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean. Location was great also. We walked into town for dinner and it was nice and close. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful views of Moosehead Lake
We truly enjoyed our stay her. The views from the living and dining area windows of the lake were amazing. And was convenient to town. The inside of the house was very nice and comfortable and also the deck was a great place to sit outside and enjoy the lake views. We enjoyed Kelly’s Landing and in the downtown there was a little shop Northwoods Gourmet Girl that had an amazing crab cake sandwich and homemade blueberry cobbler. May want bug spray for an outside activities in the area especially when hiking. We hiked at Lily Bay State Park and did see a moose crossing the road which was a blessing.

This was our second trip to this home and it was terrific. We had lovely spring weather and enjoyed the decks immensely. House is clean, comfy, and close to town and hiking. And we loved the easy clean up/check out process.
