Southern Comfort is a Beautiful 2 Story Single Family Home that has the feel of the Caribbean with delightful decorator touches everywhere you look. This Gulf Front Home has 2000 square feet of pure delight and features covered balconies where you can relax and watch the amazing sunsets.
Southern Comfort boasts 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, this home will change your Latitude and Attitude and put you in the Island mood in a heart beat. Upon arrival, you begin to feel like you are on your own beautiful island, and you feel welcomed immediately.
The sounds of soft lapping waves surround you everywhere. A view of the beach and sand dunes that stretch almost a mile down the dedicated beach, without any obstructions makes this home even more special. As you step down the stairs into the sand the beautiful Gulf of Mexico awaits you.
Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The adjoining Master Bath has a large walk-in shower and double vanities. There is a private deck off the master bedroom.
First Upstairs Guest Bedroom is furnished with King Size bed and has an adjoining bath. Second Upstairs Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Twin over Queen Bunk bed.
First Floor Guest Bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds.

A trip to remember

It was a first whole family vacation and it was so fun. We have a severely disabled son so it was really nice to sit on the deck and watch our other kids play in the sand. I wish the weather was better. Very easy to get to a lot of activities.

Beach getaway

Southern Comfort is a lovely, well appointed and well stocked home on a beautiful stretch of beach. Our family of 5 adults loved the layout of the house, no contact check in, and the prompt reply from management/maintenance on our few questions. We would definitely recommend this home and rental company and would rent there again! Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Perfect house for a beach vacation!

This house is great for a beach vacation with family or friends. We were there on a girls’s trip for one week. There was lots of space to hang together or to each do our own thing. The beach access is the best we’ve ever had! The house had everything we needed, and communication with the owner was excellent. It was a fantastic week. We have already booked our week at this house for next year!

Great location, cute house!

Loved our week! 4th of July on the beach was amazing! Several groups shooting fireworks directly in front of the house & LOTS of people having fun on the beach. The only small issue is that it is located next to a restricted access area for the neighborhood behind the house and everyone loves to set up directly in front of the house on the beach, so we had to have our stuff out on the beach early just to be close by. Not a big deal for us, but just want other renters to be aware. The house was a great layout for our group of 7 (2 families). We had 2 teens in the downstairs bedroom and 1 in the bunk room. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. The living area is a bit small. We had to move the sofa out some to fully access the dining room table without stumping toes on the bar stools every time. We did use the outdoor covered table a LOT for meals since the weather was mild and it really helped to extend the living space. We loved the bar & the ice machine in that area. There is a great little local grocery/liquor store/souvenir shop nearby that we walked to several times. Also, a cute place that has donuts/pizza & ice cream a block or so past that. We loved walking down in the evenings! Overall I would highly recommend this house & we will probably rent it again if we are staying in the area.

Perfect size

I was a little concerned about the house being too small and it raining. We had 3 families- 6 kids and 6 adults total. The size was perfect to accommodate us. You cannot beat the view or the location! At night, you will see people up and down the beach looking for crab. It was great!

Excellent Come-back Property!

My family and I experienced a fantastic visit to Ben's Property. To be honest, there were several things missing that we typically expect in a vacation home, and we were not very happy at first. I contacted the property manager and within hours had all of the things that we suggested be available for future guests. I promise I was not being a "karen-lol". I A maintenance worker showed up to fix the step and they bought all of the items we suggested (including oven mitts). :) So, all in all, had an amazing stay right on the beach in a beautifully decorated house. You can thank me for the oven mitts! :) Happy Vacationing!

The BEST rental by far

We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the past few years with 2020 being our busiest. This property is by far the cleanest especially given COVID and has the most amenities of all. Beautifully decorated and the location right on the beach is breathtaking. I would recommend this place to couples or families for sure. We appreciated the fact that they have smart TVs because we always travel with a fire stick so we can access Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. The kitchen is well equipped with clean workable utensils. The gas grill out the back was also a nice surprise. The air conditioning was superb. It is a fantastic property. We had the best time and rate this property as high as possible. No complaints.

Great time

The house is amazing! Bigger than just the wife, I and our Yorkie needed but the location is perfect. Everything you need is close by, but if you are looking for piece and quite, this is the place. We will be back...

Great View

Very nice house with everything you need for a great time at beach. Porch is big and nice for relaxing and beach watching. Walk down the stairs and your not far from beach. Spent week with adults kids. Bedrooms and bathrooms spread out so everyone had their own space. Would love to rent this house again!
