THIS TYPICAL SEMI DETACHED PROVENCAL FARM called ''MAS PROVENCAL'' with swimming pool is located in the countryside of Eygalières, in the Natural Park of the Alpilles, in Provence.
This beautiful estate is closed to the famous vineyard of Validition. Shops and the village center are about 6kms away.
This farm has a central position, ideal to discover different landscapes of Provence!
You are near many touristic sites: the Camargue and Saintes Maries de la Mer are 90kms away, Avignon 28kms and the Luberon and its famous hilltop villages, such as Gordes, 25kms away.
Many activities are possible, like tennis, golf, horse riding…
This cottage is located at 11km from St Remy de Provence, 50km from Aix en Provence, and 7km from Cavaillon.


Outside
This pleasant mas with swimming pool is divided into two independent accommodations. There is a pleasant non-fenced garden of 3000m², landscaped and with olive trees. There are:

- A private terrace of 150m² in the courtyard - with plancha, garden furniture and a dining table
- A nice swimming pool to share with the owners of 11x5m, depth from 1.30 to 2.20m (equipped with an alarm security system), open from May to October, with access by ladder.
- A chill-out-space by the pool dedicated to the clients with deckchairs and parasol
- 2 parking spots outside

This vacation rental with pool is on two levels. It measures 110 m2. It is decorated with care, each detail carefully thought-out.

- A suite (15m²) with a double bed 140, a little living room and a shower room (a link, shower and toilet)

Quality property in a great location

Beautiful property, very well maintained garden and outside area too. Very well positioned to see all the lovely areas around the Alpilles. Nîmes, Arles and Pont du Gard within easy reach. Would highly recommend.

Superb location and lovely house!

''The location is superb - not far from main roads and lovely villages and lots of top class restaurants nearby. The house itself is in the countryside and very tranquil. The garden is pretty and lovingly cared for adding to the charm. The house was perfect for us and our 17 yr old daughter loved the downstairs bedroom/bathroom. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable and the owners were so helpful and friendly. We wished we could have stayed a little longer!

A nice house, checkout was rude and privacy is limited

We had a good week at the house and especially the terrace is great. The check-out was actually very rude, we aligned that we check-out at 10am the day before. Athen we were basically thrown out by 9:30 while we were still packing and finishing breakfast - the owner and the cleaning lady just came in and began to clean without talking to us. Very odd experience and a no go for me. Be aware that the pool is shared and you will not have any privacy when in or at the pool.

Landhaus mit Charme und Traumpool

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, freundliche Vermieter und ein großer Pool in traumhaftem Garten. Der Zugang vom sehr schönen Innenhof zu Wohn- und Kinderzimmer ist separat, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Excellent séjour

La maison est très propre, les lieux très bien entretenus. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter autant de la belle terrasse, car nous y étions dans une période de très grande chaleur et on préférés de rester sois dans la maison, sois de bouger et voir les alentours.La piscine est grande et également très propre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et veulent que ses locataires se sont bien. Une chose nous a, cependant, dérangé malgré tout : ce sont les règles de la maison. Ils nous ont fait sentir un peu privé de nos responsabilités, nous nous sommes sentis traités comme des enfants et finalement pas si à l'aise, par exemple, pour utiliser la piscine. Les horaires de la piscine sont de 10h00 à 19h00, parfois nous aurions aimé aller dans la piscine pendant une courte période lorsque nous sommes revenus d'excursions, mais nous n'avons pas pu le faire en raison des restrictions. Pour utiliser le lave-linge, on doit demander et on ne peux laver maximum2 fois par semaine avec la raison que l'eau est une denrée coûteuse. Cependant, le jardin est beaucoup arrosé et pas nécessairement de manière économe en eau. Il est absolument clair pour nous que nous devons utiliser l'électricité et l'eau avec précaution et il ne nous viendrait jamais à l'esprit de laver quelques serviettes après chaque utilisation. On est puni d'"amendes” si on n’amène pas les ordures dans les poubelle à la fin, ou ne vide pas le lave-vaisselle. En résumé nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.

Très agréable séjour

Ce mas provençal est très charmant et agréable. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute. Il serait cependant utile de préciser plus clairement que la 2eme chambre est à l'autre bout de la cour, côté petite route et que l'eau n'est pas potable pour une meilleure anticipation du séjour.

Genial

Wir verbrachten ein wunderschöne Woche in dieser wirklich liebevoll eingerichteten und landestypischen Unterkunft. Die Fotos sprechen für sich. Die sehr netten und unkomplizierten Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls hier. Schon die Ankunft war herzlich. Die Vermieterin hat uns begrüsst und die Räumlichkeiten gezeigt. Von der angekündigten Kaution wollte niemand etwas wissen. Was im Inserat nicht richtig hervorgeht, möchte ich hier erklären. Der Lebensmittelpunkt ist der wunderschöne und ursprünglich gehaltene Innenhof. Schönes Wetter vorausgesetzt. Von dort geht es direkt in das kleine Schlafzimmer mit eigenem WC/Dusche. Ebenfalls vom Innenhof geht es in das Wohnzimmer, welches wir aber kein einziges Mal benutzt haben. Vom Innenhof geht es auch in die im Obergeschoss gelegene Wohnung mit einer tollen Küche, Esszimmer und dem zweiten Schlafzimmer, mit einem tollen Bad/Dusche/WC. Auch das Esszimmer haben wir nicht benutzt. Der schöne Pool mit Liegewiese liegt im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes, direkt vor der Wohnung der Vermieter. Es verseht sich von selbst, dass man sich dort entsprechend verhält. Die Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig. Nachts ist kein Laut zu hören. Die kleine, am Haus vorbei führende Strasse stört überhaupt nicht, da sehr wenig befahren. Unser Hund durfte sich auf dem ganzen Gelände frei bewegen. Schöne Spaziergänge sind direkt von der Unterkunft weg möglich. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam. Es gibt unzählige Restaurants und Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Einziger Nachteil - zum nächsten Bäcker und Supermarkt sind es 4 km. Vielen Dank nochmal an Michel und Nicole.

La meilleure appartement

C'était la meilleure appartement, que j'ai loué. Il était calme,propre,luxurieux avec des chambres très jolies et aménager avec un très bon goût. Les propriétaires etaient très,très gentils und nous avons profités de tout. Merci beaucoup aux parents de l'appartement. Peut-être nous revendrions. Séjour calme et reposant à Orgon

Tout d’abord l’atout numéro de cet location est tout simplement ces hôtes Michel et Nicole qui ont été forts sympathiques et de bon conseil pour nous faire découvrir la région. Le deuxième point fort est l’emplacement au calme et idéalement situé pour se rendre rapidement dans les lieux incontournables des Alpilles et du Luberon. Pour résumé un superbe endroit pour découvrir une magnifique région

Urlaub pur!

Ein idyllisch gelegenes, liebevoll gestaltetes Ambiente. Der Wohnbereich auf zwei Ebenen, der einen urigen Hof umschließt, hat alles geboten, was man für erholsame Stunden braucht. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. auch in der Küche waren alle nötigen Utensilien in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Der große Pool ist nicht nur zum Abkühlen geeignet, sondern erlaubt auch ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten mit mobilen Sonnenschirmen, laden hier auch zum längeren Verweilen ein. Der familiäre Kontakt zu den sehr sympathischen, freundlichen Vermietern hat uns besonders gut gefallen.

Charmant et agréable séjour

Situé entre les Alpilles et le Luberon, le Mas Pierrelet est le point de départ idéal pour découvrir la Provence. Nicole et Michel, les propriétaires, en ont fait un joli lieu, calme et agréable à vivre. La beauté et la propreté du mas, entretenues quotidiennement par leurs soins, invitent au respect des lieux. Mention toute particulière pour nos hôtes qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison et passer une semaine fantastique. Encore merci.

Wunderbare Ferien

Sehr gut bestückte Küche, alles mehrfach vorhanden. Wohnung ist toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Herrliche Blumenpracht und Traubengehänge im Hof. Da es sehr heiss war, haben wir den Pool oft benutzt. Unsere Hunde durften sich immer bei uns aufhalten. Nettes Ehepaar, das sich angenehm zurückhält.

Schöner kann es nicht sein

Unser Urlaub in dem provenzalischen Landhaus konnte schöner nicht sein. Die Lage sehr ruhig, der kleine Hof idyllisch und der Garten mit Pool lud dazu ein die Seele baumelm zu lassen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und liebevoll, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir selbst haben immer wieder nett geköchelt, zudem bot der Gasgrill die Möglichkeit zu ein paar Barbecues. Da wir selber kein Französisch konnten war die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Gastgebern etwas schwierig, gerne hätten wir uns sonst näher mit ihnen unterhalten. auch wenn die Gastgeber im Haus gewohnt haben, hatten wir immer das Gefühl unsere eigene Privatsshäre zu haben. Von unserem Wohnort aus, haben wir viele Ausflüge unternommen. Avignon, Arles, der Pont du Gar, Nimes aber auch Aix en Provence lassen sich meistens innerhalb ein dreiviertel Stunde gut mit dem Auto erreichen. So konnten wir einen guten Eindruck von der Provence gewinnen. Fazit: Besser kann man es nicht treffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, toller Innenhof

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Im Innenhof gibt es sehr viele Blumen und auch der Rasen am Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Das Wohnzimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer sind unten separat über den Innenhof erreichbar. In die eigentliche Wohnung geht es über eine Außentreppe in den 1. Stock. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man problemlos kochen kann. Es gibt einen Gasgrill im Innenhof und zwei Tische, an denen man essen kann. Im oberen Schlafzimmer und in der Küche/Esszimmer gibt es jeweils eine Klimaanlage. Badehandtücher für den Pool gibt es keine! Diese müssen mitgebracht werden. Die Vermieter sprechen nur Französisch und kein Englisch, sind aber sehr nett und freundlich. Sie haben ihre Terrasse direkt am Pool, was aber für uns kein Problem war. Der Pool kann von 10 bis 19 Uhr genutzt werden. Von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man die Provence sehr gut erkunden. Fazit: Wir waren zufrieden. Es hat uns gefallen.

Lovely stay in lovely converted farm

The apartment is lovely. It is converted in that the kitchen, bedroom, loo and dining room are on first floor and the sitting room and second bedroom are unconnected on ground floor.. There is privacy from the lovely couple who own the house but you share the pool with them. It is a great location for visiting nearby towns but you have to drive to nearest shops for bread etc. We had a lovely time.

Un séjour merveilleux!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaires dans cette très très belle maison super propre! C'est un lieu vraiment tranquille et quand même proche de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter en Provence: les Alpilles, le Lubéron, la Camargue... L'accueil était chaleureux (malgré notre retard d'une demie journée) et les propriétaires étaient en général extrêmement aimables. Nous espérons revenir un jour. Merci pour tout! Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem sehr stilvollen und super-sauberen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist extrem ruhig und man ist dennoch nicht weit weg von allem Sehenswerten in der Provence. Obwohl wir mit einem halben Tag Verspätung ankamen, wurden wir von den Eigentümern herzlich empfangen, die uns auch sonst gern mit guten Tipps zur Seite standen und insgesamt extrem liebenswert und doch sehr diskret waren. schönes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Ein typisch provenzalisches Haus mit hochwertiger und geschmackvoller Einrichtung und wunderschöner Terrasse. Viele interessante Ziele sind zeitnah zu erreichen, trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig.

Very nice house , central in the region and very nearby St Remy.

Leider sind die Schlafzimmer getrennt, erster Stock und einer "außen ", etwas schwierig für älterer Personen. Freunleiche Gastfrau !!!
