Celebration Weekend

The home was all we expected and more! Very clean, stylish, comfy, and well appointed kitchens. The pool was great, and plenty of parking for our big group. Definitely recommend!

Girls’ Weekend!!

I can’t say enough great things about Sunfish Manor! The house and pool are absolutely beautiful and perfect size for our group of 12. We were a block from the private beach access which was fabulous. Our host was super accommodating and responsive. 1000% would recommend!!

Toiletries and front door

There shld be a respectable amount of toilet paper. Also very important, we felt a little vulnerable with no covering over the front door. But we absolutely love the house. Thxs.

Family Gift

Big house for our group, everyone very comfortable and pleased with accommodations. Wide age group that wanted different things from the house. Everything from two master suites to bunk beds, to a special party room for kids, to a “Murphy bed” for fun, to plenty of bathrooms, pool, and BBQ!

Destin Vacation

We loved our stay in your beautiful home! We had a large family gathering...8 grandkids and 7 adults. There was plenty of space for all of us. Your home was so well equipped...had everything we needed...and was beautifully decorated ! We loved the pool area and the proximity to the beach! Your home had everything that we hoped for. There was a huge amount of pool and beach toys available in the garage. Our 8 grandkids were so excited to see that! The beach was just a very short walk away....maybe 3 minutes. Thanks for a wonderful family getaway!

Awesome House and Pool!

We would rent this house again, without hesitation. The house is huge! 3 balconies, a great pool and outdoor furniture. We did have trouble for 3 nights with the renters next door and had to call the Ordinance Police. Unfortunately, our attempts to have them take their party inside were worthless, they kept partying outside at the pool until 3 am, every night they were there and they had double the capacity of the house limit. We were surprised the Ordinance Police didn't do more. We just hope they notify the rental management company. It was not managed by the company that manages Sunfish Manor. And, finally thanks to Tonia, she was a dream work with!

Great Rental For Family

We recently stayed at this property with our family that ranges in age from 6 to 70. What a great place! Space for everyone, quiet space for down time, and a great pool! Location could not be better, 3 minute walk to the beach! We had an amazing time!

Beautiful home away from home

Our experience at the Sunfish home was absolutely wonderful! The property is so beautiful and well supplied. Including games for some family fun. I loved how the 1st and 2nd floor kitchens were exactly the same including pots & pans. My family and I truly enjoyed the stay. The property manager and her husband are extremely responsive and tentative via the app and text if necessary. I was very pleased with the quietness of the neighborhood, beach access and bed comfortability. The only concern we had was there was stains on the linen including the towels, we went out and bought blankets and towels for our comfort though. Other than that, I definitely would rent this place again and recommend this to anyone looking.

Excellent location and beautiful house

We had a family wedding in Destin and this was a perfect house for us to stay with the extended family. The house was super clean and the pool was in good excellent condition and clean. Everything was just like listed and plenty of room for everyone. Very short walk to the beach and the house had all the beach toys. We all want to come back soon.

Loved our stay

We loved the proximity to the ocean. The pool was perfect for us in the back yard. House was fully stocked- appreciated the amount of bath towels. Beds were comfortable. Loved the floor plan. It fit our large extended family well. Our favorite part was the two kitchens. Owners were always helpful and quick to answer questions. We come to Destin every summer snd this has been one of our favorite houses. We will stay here again!

THANK YOU from West Virginia! :) This past week, our family of 14 stayed in your beautiful home. Everything was as pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have an enjoyable vacation. There were plenty of beach chairs, pool toys, etc in the garage. The location to the beach was PERFECT. Amazing!

This house was absolutely perfect! I love that each floor had it's own feel, plenty of bedrooms and two kitchens! We had 4 adults and 7 kids and it was plenty of space to spread and still feel like you weren't on top of each other. The amenities were very well kept, the house was cleaning and everything was working. They even had sand toys and chairs available in the garage. The beach was a short 3 minute walk and when you come back they have an outside shower for you to wash all the sand off before you enter the house. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to this house soon! Couldn't get enough of that 3rd story balcony that overlooked the ocean and sunsets at night!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Our group of 13 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 64 Sunfish St. We found the house to be exactly as described. The 1st and 2nd floors are duplicated with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living room and laundry on each floor. The 3rd floor was a nice space we used as a bedroom. We used the 1st floor for cooking and meals and the 2nd floor for snacks and gathering for games and conversation. There was plenty of space to be together or spread out and get some quiet time. The pool was wonderful! I definitely recommend heating the pool in the cooler months. It was large enough for us to all get in and not be at all crowded. The beds were comfy and the house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchens were well stocked. We spent a lot of time in the pool even when it rained. The cushioned chairs by the pool were very comfy but were not protected from the rain so the cushions were always wet taking away some outdoor gathering space when we were not in the pool. There were 6 bikes and some beach toys in the garage to use. I loved the location. It was a very easy walk to the beach straight down Sunfish St and across the street. Cars are very good at stopping so you can cross. We saw dolphins every day. The neighborhood is so pretty. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood looking at the various properties and plants and wildlife. The owner was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property for large groups or families.

Awesome stay and location

This vacation rental was awesome! Great location for everything (beach, eateries/dining, shopping, etc.) Ample room for all guests. Easy entry and exit. Nice neighborhood. Questions and concerns were answered by owner in timely manner. Clean and open home. Pool was a definite plus. I recommend the heated pool if considering this rental for it adds to the outdoor fun. Bikes and some beach accessories were also provided. Will definitely rent again.
