Fabulous views of mountains and wildlife..from your balcony
The park below which is short walk or drive has waterfalls and old growth trees and wildlife the park has barbeque covered kitchen area.
with private fire pits just bring your chairs hot dogs and wood.
Many hiking trails in park including Mt Finlayson Mountain...
Many trees are over 600 years old.
There is a cedar tree and some very old fur trees on our property
Short walk to beautiful waterfall that you can swim in if you choose too
-In November-December we have the yearly salmon run which brings much wildlife
bears and so many eagles. bring your cell phone for photos
If you want to explore or relax in mountains this is the spot
This is a one acre private property ..very quiet just listen to the wildlife
There are many restaurants and pubs, grocery stores, malls, bowling ally near by
Also the yummy ice cream mountain at start of MALHAT DRIVE

Amazing nature getaway 20 minutes from Victoria
We had a great relaxing time at Isabel and Sean's place. The property is surrounded by forest and the Goldstream Provincial Park. The suite had everything we needed and offered a lot of privacy. The hosts are very attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back again next time we are in Victoria!

No complaints about our stay. The loft was peaceful, quiet, and clean. There are nice areas to walk and hike around the property. The landlord was welcoming and kind. This is a great place to stay for two people that isn’t fancy but has everything you need.

We love it too much
We are a couple from Vancouver city. During the long weekend, we just wish to reconnect with natural and relax. And we got all we want from this place. First of all, hosts are extremely helpful and nice, and the location is just right inside the provincial park. We just love this place and are looking for a chance to revisit this place.

Quiet Stay on the Mountain
Isabel & Sean(Shawn?) were wonderful hosts! This place is off the radar but the hosts instructions are clear. The loft is clean and beautiful. If you’re looking for a quiet little place to yourself, this is it. We had deers out or back window in the evenings in the property behind. The views are stunning! Lots of fun stuff to do nearby; we had a whale watching trip but also went to Goldstream the following day. You can stay in, or go out. But this place is great !

Nice, quaint with a touch of stress
Everything was as explained in the listing except that we had to text owner 5 minutes before leaving and entering the property through a gate with a code to prevent her dog from leaving the property which honestly just stressed us out. No light on the keypad so had to use a flashlight to see it. To be fair we were there for a memorial of a sibling so we had lots on the mind already.
