Birthday get together

We had all four of my children who are now mostly grown and a couple of extra friends get together for a weekend in Jacksonville for shopping and topped off football, comfortable house lots of room

Great for families

We went for our Thanksgiving Dinner. The kitchen is big to have the family cooking together and spent some time. Pool table with the lake view was great! Patio and deck great also... I will say that closet doors need maintenance and the bed sounds every time you move sleeping.....other than that this property is well located in a quiet neighborhood.

Clean and clutter-free

Great neighborhood. No- contact check in process. Home was very clean and clutter-free like I require. They had everything needed stocked up and ready. Wonderful sunset on the lake at nights. Maybe bring the price down a bit.

This house has a lot of potential just need updating inside and landscaping needs cleaned up.

House is large and it was clean. Management was easy to deal with. House needs a lot of updating. We had an ant problem but we did let the owner know about so hopefully he will take care of it before next renters arrive. Property has a nice large deck with a great view. We were there to spend time with our family and had a great time.no major issues. The house could be really nice if it was updated and landscaping cleaned up.

Could have been a better experience

House was nice and spacious. Cleaning lady was amazing.. Check in was a little off...and having to use a broken glass top stove and a few other broken items in the house, we made the best of it. Just a word of advice certain things in the house broken can be dangerous especially when there are kids around and not refunding any money at all to me especially when the ad posted isn't the reality is bad business. Again beautiful property just look out for the people that's renting in your space if you want continued service.

Overall was nice

The house is very nice . The only problems were , the shower door in the master bedroom was jammed and would not open so we all had to take showers in the other bathroom . And the tv stopped working . Everything else was fine .

Not represented accurately.

Garbage all along sidewalk leading up to house. Sidewalks and driveways should be pressure washed. Pool table was very fragile and in very poor condition. Large drywall hole (larger than a refrigerator) was open in the kitchen----- black, moldy insulation was hanging from this entire hole in the kitchen. Largest, guest shower head blew out of the wall the first time we tried to turn it on----- this made that shower unusable for the entire stay. We now had seven people staying in a house with only one, very small, usable bathroom. The property manage took it upon themselves to give a very small, minimal refund. The amount was NEVER discussed with me and VRBO was extremely unhelpful and even rude.

The house was spacious, but needed a lot of work.

Very spacious, but would not rent again. The hall bathtub was not usable(tile coming down) of course no water. Master shower door very difficult to open and close. The yard needed a lot of work.

This house was awesome. Plenty of room, game room, clean and great kitchen. I would stay again when I go back to Jacksonville. I would purchase this house if it were for sale.

what it was like for two nights.

Did not have a number to contact the manager. There were bags of trash piled up in the back yard. The lawn needed cutting. The commode in the bath room in the hall didn't function well. The shower door in the bath room in the master bed room was difficult to close. I must say the living area and kitchen areas were nice except the softer needs cleaning. Like the view, very relaxing. Thank you.

Pictuesque Home

The home is beautiful. It is on a very picturesque lake. The bedrooms are a good size. Beds are comfortable.The ac and internet worked well. The home could use a little updating but overall it was great.

Good for a family gathering

Large, attractive house with view of water. Unfortunately, there were multiple maintenance issues d(plumbing, lighting, washing machine). Owner was very responsive and had a plumbing/ lighting issues fixed the same day. Owner promised a partial refund for inconvenience; haven't see yet.
