The owner was amazing he helped me so much and was very nice but it was hard with a wheelchair no ramp for sidewalk entrance and that shower is big and very nice but not handicap ready needs a hannd held one alsoneeds a removable shower head lhand

My friends and I rented this condo for a long weekend. Smooth check-in, beautiful views, a wee bit outdated but still cozy! We saw a few bears so that was neat! I would definitely stay there again!

The pictures lead you to believe you have a private deck. The "queen" beds were very small and the plastic covered mattresses were gross. We took a pan out of the cupboard that hadn't been washed. Overall the worst VRBO I have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful though.

If you are looking for a Mountain View this one is amazing. Large rooms, a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of towels, plenty of hot water, easy access and check in. Great stay! hope to come again

Me, my husband, our daughter and her family stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The view was amazing! The condo was the perfect size for six of us. The pool area was great for my grandsons. We got to see several bears. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks so much!

This condo is located in a great location by the National Park and Gatlinburg. We condo was spacious with everything you might need. They were very helpful even when I messed up my reservation. Excellent to deal with.

Bad beginning with good ending
When we arrived beds unmade, floors not swept or vacuumed, dirty towels in laundry. Talked with the manager, Roberto, and we had to leave for a couple of hours but he had housekeepers come in and clean. Rugs in the bathroom had just been vacuumed and not washed made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the house. It was a good stay for us to help with a friend and his father that was 88 years old. He had a scooter and moved through the place with no problems. It would have been nice to have a hand held shower attachment for him to shower more easily. We had a shower chair which helped some. Overall it was a good stay.

This was a wonderful stay and a great location that over looked the ski slopes. No patio was a bummer but it’s dry walled in so makes for a nice room to take in the view.

This Large 3 bedroom 2 bath condo property recently had a $50,000 + renovation, and is beautiful! You can enjoy a quiet morning in the new Sunroom which can be accessed from the Master Suite or the Living Room area. Kitchen and bathrooms (including walk-in shower) are new ceramic tile, and all other main living areas have beautiful pergo with hardwood look.

What makes this property unique

**WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE - NO STAIRS** You can walk directly into this wonderful condo from the parking area. Though this is technically a second floor unit, it is parallel to the parking area. You have NO STEPS and walk directly into the condo (and no stairs to climb at all).
