This contemporary single family home was designed by an architect who taught Structures class at the University of Houston. As such it's entire frame is built of steel beams which can be seen upon entry. The front private courtyard is quite expansive for a relaxing area. The location in Bellaire is minute away from shopping and dining in the Galleria while still having 10-15 minute drives to the Medial Center, Upper Kirby, and Montrose areas.

Great location if your interested in the local area museums and tourist sites. House was comfortable, clean and we'll maintained. Overall we would definitely recommend this property.

Houston Wedding Trip

House is great, owner access and communication is as well. We (2 adults + 2 teens) traveled to Houston for a family wedding reduced to a small, backyard ceremony due to the pandemic. This home could not have been better suited for us, centrally located, very clean, well-appointed, and maintained. Highly recommend and definitely would stay again.
