Nestled away in the quiet part of Golden Beach but walking distance to the water, our house is newly renovated and very comfortable. We have added in all the luxuries you need to feel like you are having a special break. We have ducted air conditioning and a magnificent kitchen for those of us who love to cook.
There are 2 baths for those who love to relax and soak.
There is room for a boat on the front lawn of the house.

About the host
Hosted by Selena Steiner
Seungho and I are keen hosts we have 2 properties available. Both are very different. We love all aspects of having guests come and stay. Our ultimate aim is to retire on the Sunshine coast but for now we are content looking after these houses.
Why they chose this property
The draw card to our Golden Beach property is the quiet setting and it's proximity to the beach. We are fully fenced and have a lovely out door area. We even have room on our front lawn for a boat.
What makes this property unique
Having a whole house allows more room to relax. Our magnificent kitchen means meal times are no pressure. Ducted air conditioning with room control mean everyone can relax in their preferred temperature. We are fully fenced and pet friendly.
