The wide open main hall beckons you to enter and be welcomed by huge glass doors that immediately offer you a view of the amazing pool with four water streams.
In fact, the outdoor features of the R & R Mansion are even to die for. Guests will be surprised at the backyard where there’s a huge resort pool that's more than 12-feet deep. It’s connected by waterfalls, a water slide, a grotto, swim-up bar, and Hawaiian style Palapa shades. A built-in fogger and misting jets make the pool area most ideal for a fresh splash.

Then for sports buffs, next to the pool, is a full basketball court built by one of the top sports court builders in the USA, and one of the few available amenities here in Vegas for sports-minded guests. Basketball teams come here for the NBA Summer league, NCAA games, including hundreds of teams for basketball camps.

And if tennis is your game, enjoy a full singles tennis court that’s cleverly built inside the basketball court. Court lines for volleyball, badminton, and pickle ball are likewise custom-made. The large open area on the sports court can be used for large gatherings with more than 20 tables, including a second barbecue area.

There’s more to the great outdoors in the R & R Mansion such as a large gazebo with mist jets, a barbecue kitchen area, cooking capacities for picnics and feasts for hundreds of guests, a full kitchen with refrigerator, cook burners and hot plate. And for the kids to keep busy, there’s a playground and large white sandbox.

A night view of the skyline is all yours from the east side of the mansion. The balcony on the second floor gives you the fantastic city lights after sun down. You can see from Rio all the way to the stratosphere.

Indoors, the R& R Mansion can accommodate 39 guests. In the finest luxury, it has a dozen bedrooms and bathrooms, large areas for sitting, conferencing, breakfast and formal dining, and for sitting under the sun.

The master suite is equally, if not more stylish than a presidential suite. It boasts of an amazing modern design with slick and clean lines in modern black stone. From within, you can catch a glimpse of the white sandy edge of a blue-water pool, and a full view to the sports court. All the foliage is within view as well, outside the 5 French doors.
The European style master bathroom is fit for royalty with an enclosed shower in marble, limestone and pebble stone, a Swedish sauna for 4 guests, a marble counter double sink vanity and rain showers with massage systems.

The main kitchen has the most powerful indoor range at 48”. There’s another 36” cooktop, and with a dozen burners, 5 ovens, a long island up to 20 feet and another island that's 15 feet long. Go on a full-scale cooking spree here with no trouble at all. And while you’re concocting your famous recipes, enjoy the newest Samsung Refrigerator with a large touch screen. If not, there’s the radio and TV set. You can publish schedules, order online, and much more. For picky chefs, there’s a huge second professional built-in refrigerator.
