View is amazing! Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath chalet overlooking Lake Granbury. King beds in each bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper. Fully furnished kitchen with staples. Three separate decks to lounge and fish. Relax with a waterfall/rain shower in master bath, and a rain shower on the main floor. Lake can be viewed from inside main level and upper level. Relaxation at its best from inside the home or outside on any of three decks.
RENTAL POLICY MUST BE RETURNED WITH REQUEST FOR RENTAL. REQUESTS WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL RENTAL POLICY IS RETURNED CORRECTLY.

UPDATE: In light of current situation, comforters have been replaced with washable quilts, games have been removed, and decor simplified.

The Happy Place

This is our second time staying here. We love it. It's a perfect property for our grandson to fish and us to be together. We recommend it highly!

Weekend stay

The lake house is a perfect getaway for peace of mind and relaxation. Close to Dallas but you feel far away. Be sure to visit historic downtown Granbury for local fare.

Stay for the sunrise alone

This was a perfect property for our golf tournament weekend, in the perfect location for the Nutcracker, and a beautiful place to relax by the water.

BEAUTIFUL STAY

EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THE BEDROOM UPSTAIRS WAS HUGE. THE UPSTAIRS SHOWER WAS AMAZING AND VERY ROOMY! KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED! HAD A NICE, CLEAN SMELL WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE OUTSIDE UPPER AND LOWER DECKS WERE BEAUTIFUL WITH PLENTY OF SEATING.

Definitely a “Happy Place”!

This is a beautiful place to stay! It is very clean and the decor is perfect! The morning sunrises are the best! We thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of the lake in front of us! An amazing view

Property was clean and well stocked/furnished. Views from the deck were amazing!! About a 15-20 minute drive to the town square. About a 10 minute drive to the Marina, city park, and grocery store. Good communication with the property manager.

Absolutely perfect eclipse viewing

I can't emphasize how beautiful the view was from the deck and master bedroom. My friend came during the last leg of our trip when all we wanted wanted was to rest, relax, and watch the eclipse. We were blessed with amazing weather and clear skies. Leaving, I felt rejuvenated. Would highly recommend.

Fishing weekend

The house was amazing. I feel better than the description. It really was perfect. You can fish right from the deck and the views are spectacular! I recommend it highly and can't wait to go back!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay here and can see why they named it “Our Happy Place”! It was very clean, wonderful showers and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the morning sunrise on the deck and the quietness of the evening around the firepit. The owners were quick to respond to a question we had. Amazing house! Great views!

We were there for work and it was still chilly. But very nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor patio a few nights with the fire to keep warm. Very flexible when we ended up needing to stay a little longer. The upstairs shower is the most AMAZING ever. So nice after a long day of work.

Quick Spring Break Getaway

Great location, and awesome place. The view from the deck was fantastic and the house was clean and very comfortable. Owners were great! Quick responses and flexible with us! Only thing that would have made it better was avoiding the cold snap this spring break! Definitely the place to stay, close enough to anything but also removed and on the water.

Great Place!

The house has the perfect set up with the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms having separate thermostats and balconies. The view was spectacular and the house was perfect for hanging out. We also thoroughly enjoyed downtown Granbury. We will definitely be back!

Amazing lake property!!

We loved our stay! The house was just as described. Beautiful location on the lake. Another property we had rented fell through at the last minute. So glad they were able to accomadate us so quickly. I took my 82 year old mother to visit family. I was afraid the outside stairs might be a a problem but there is a very sturdy railing and the stairs are quite wide so it was not a problem at all. The views on the lake are amazing! And anyone who has Texas Tech coasters has to be awesome!! Our stay was perfect!!

Perfect Get-away!

This place fit our family just perfectly! We enjoyed both decks to their fullest and loved how close it was to everything in Granbury without being in the downtown mix. The lake view was extremely nice in the mornings and evenings! Great fishing too!

Repeat Visit And Not Last

This is our 2nd year at this awesome property on Lake Granbury. Everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy the water. Close to town in case you forget anything and far enough to be away from the crowds. We will be back!

Girls’ getaway

We had an amazing stay at the house. It was immaculate. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. The outside deck was perfect to watch the sun go down and the sky darken to twilight. It was easy to get to and very convenient to town. We had a weekend to remember and a great time of relaxation and rest.

Awesome Trip

We had such a relaxing time. It was wonderful relaxing on your deck and looking out at the water. The beds were very comfortable and the shower and towels very luxurious. We had three daughters with us who took the downstairs, and my husband and I had the upstairs bedroom which gave us a place to be quiet when we needed to get away from the commotion downstairs which was very important for this vacation time. Thank you so much for sharing your home.
