The Space:
Believe me, all vacation condos are not the same. You can expect to arrive to a fabulous, updated, clean (CDC Standards), well-appointed condo that is second to none! Come on in after a day of all the Branson fun to soft seating while you enjoy your show on the smart TV and kick your feet up. Retreat to premium beds with quality bedding for an excellent vacation sleep! Have everything you need to cook up a masterpiece in the fully equipped kitchen. Sip your morning coffee or evening drink on the balcony overlooking Pointe Royale Golf course. Make sure to plan time for fun. The resort amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, children's play area, access by walking to lake Taneycomo, onsite restaurant and bar. There is no better place to be than "The TeeShot".
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 king size beds
1 couch (Not a sofa bed)
Queen air bed upon request.
OTHER INCLUSIONS:
Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make any size meals - Full size Washer/Dryer - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes - all soft white towels - quality bedding - 12 cup coffee maker (grounds and filter provided) - K-cup coffee maker -Crockpot - extra blankets - Bring yourself, the supplies you need to enjoy the area and settle on in!

Located in the center of town and easy to access Table Rock Lake, Taneycomo Lake, The Branson Strip, the theatre district, Downtown Branson and all things the area has to offer.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.
