The house is set on a private and peaceful 1 acre of land. A spacious light filled house with luxurious bathrooms. The house receives all day sun. All the bedrooms have doors leading out to decking. A short walk down the road to 'Hook' cafe and not far from the Albert Town and Wanaka shops and restaurants. This house is loaded with features: private spa pool, underfloor heating, ducted heat pump & a wood fire. Wi-fi, Netflix & smart TV.
Also access to the Riverside Community Facility which includes a heated Pool, Spa Pool, BBQ, & Gym

Great place with heaps of outdoor space
Warm, comfy house in great location for lots of outdoor fun. Only wish is better appointed kitchen (only one small fry pan). Highly recommend.

Very nice modern house,convenient location
This was a wonderful property from which to base a Wanaka winter holiday with family. Very warm, modern, well kitted out. Also nice and private and quiet, but still reasonably close to Wanaka

Amazing place to unwind and relax. Love the little touches like lovely soft linen, rugs etc. easy friendly communication with owners who were accommodating and flexible. Thankyou so much, we’ll be back!!

Central to amenities yet set in a private location.
Thanks Craig and Jayne, we just loved our stay at your home. It was central to Wānaka and Albert town services and cycle / walking tracks. Fully self contained home with great security functions, in a sunny and peaceful setting. We enjoyed the in-house technology services and app to manage these functions. Utterly private and close to the most amazing Albert town bakery, a quick drive to Wānaka, access to walk up Mt Iron and cycle trails. A quick drive to either Cardrona or Treble Cone ski fields. Thankyou for opening your home and welcoming us to this fabulous accomodation. Recommended to all other travellers.

NICE WINTER BREAK
The Property is somewhat out of Wanaka (8-9kms), but when you get to the house you have a great place to base yourselves. The house has been set up really well. We had a great time and will be back again

Lovely place to stay. Really close to Wanaka. Our only comment would be to have had the ability to control the sensor lights more, in particular to turn some off.

Albertown hideaway
Enjoyable stay at this wee gem tucked away in Albertown. Perfect location for the ski fields and bike tracks along the Clutha and to try your hand at fishing at The Hook salmon farm a few minutes away. House has everything you need and very well appointed, comfortable and clean. Thank you for the great communication and comprehensive house instructions.
