We show up and the gurl tells us there is construction happening where we are staying and we need to stay else where with no prior knowledge so we can figure stuff out and get our money back the places werent clean and head dog hair everywhere they tell us to stay in the bunk house so we stay there then get told to move to the cottage as we cant stay all week so we didnt get the place listed then got moved 2 other times asked for some money back for the inconvenience and get told no and that we left the place worse then it was before with dog hair we had a teacup yorkie that was shaved..... wouldnt recommend these people to my enemies
We had two separate water leaks in our place. The first time the manager called back all hateful and thought we pranked her. The second time, the dirty water got on my cleaned hanging clothes. They did give us two $25 gift cards for our trouble. Construction was going on above us so that woke you up early. Definitely won't be back.

Bad Experience!!!
This is a motel labeled as condos. It is sketchy outside. Like a shady Motel 6. The Pros: The room we were in looked amazing which is why I gave it two stars. It was furnished nice. There were 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with full pull out bed, and a nice size kitchen with table and chairs. The Cons: Our heat didn't work (the entire time). I called upfront and the maintenance man, Richard, said he didn't know what to tell me and that he had put signs on the units to let us know this. We snuggled up the first night. I texted the owner Barb the first night and she did not respond until the next day and only after I left a bad review on Google. The second day they brought us small space heaters. They came in and out of our unit with no masks. The solutions she offered came with a request to remove review. We were very disappointed and they offered us tickets to a show to help with the fact that we were freezing. They give us tickets with a date and confirmation number and had we not called to see what was being served for dinner, we would have stood in line only to realize that our tickets weren't valid!!! The owner offered to give us $100 to find something last minute to do on New Year's Eve evening!!! She had the girl upfront write on the receipt that the money was to remove review. I wrote on the receipt that I AM A TRAVEL AGENT AND PEOPLE TRUST MY REVIEWS. I CANNOT BE BOUGHT. The owner offered to move us to the Presley Penthouse. We went to look at it and it was beautiful. It was filled with antiques and memorabilia. We traveled with toddlers and that would have been a recipe for disaster. We booked for a week. Because it was the holidays, it was too late to book at another place. We made it work and just moved the portable fireplace that did work from room to room for bedtime. I wouldn't recommend this place. We will not be back.
When I first booked this property I had forgotten to read the reviews. So once I started reading I got a little worried. However it was MUCH better then the past reviews suggested. I’m assuming this is from a change in management. It’s an old Elvis themed hotel that the rooms have been changed into condos. There is three beds and a living room/ kitchen. Plus you have all the perks of a hotel. If your wondering where the game room is, it’s in the lobby not your hotel room. It’s still fun though! The breakfast was pretty good as well! Nice updated bathrooms.
This place was awful! It is not a condo, it is 3 old hotel rooms but together!! Very DIRTY!!!
This place was nasty!! Roaches everywhere. The sheets were not clean, asked for them to come change them and mop the sticky floor and they never showed up!! The pictures state it is a newly renovated condo! It is not they redid 3 old hotel rooms and you open the showing door to make them a condo. You have to have to separate room keys to get into your condo!! There is no balcony like they show in the pictures! I would not recommend this place to no one! It is a dump!!!
First of all, the advertisement was NOTHING like the property turned out to be. The property manager LIED to me to finagle me out of more money, cussed me out, put my in a hazardous dwelling for my special needs child, and gave me a hard time with my refund. I have never been so offended in my life!

Nice but not quite what we expected.
We thought it was a condo but it was a 2 room suite in what appeared to be a hotel. The rooms were very nice and it was a comfortable stay overall.
First thing I didn't get the cottage I ask for it was well over priced the extra bedding was filthy and smelled sour. The bedrooms were on the loft and we couldn't climb stairs since we are both disabled so we had to sleep on the couch. Very disappointed in the stay and definitely won't be back and will not give a good rating.

Summer getaway
We made a reservation consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We got there and 2and 2 was not available. We had a cottage with 1 king bed and 1 full bath. Our twin grandsons slept on the 2 couches downstairs. The cottage was nice but not what we reserved. The folks at the resort were very nice.
It was nice. Breakfast was good. I was suppose to have the rooms that connected.. the king suite but it worked out. Still enjoyed my stay . After all I wasnt in the room that much. Loved the kitchen area. Super helpful with kids.
