It was a great location. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the place…. Dirty dishes, floor was dirty, wrappers left around house, stuff left in drawers.
This unit could use a serious floor cleaning- not just moving a wet mop over it. It needs to be steamed cleaned BAD.
Living room furniture is so worn out!
We stayed with family in several units on this property and ours was by far the best. It was cozy with that home feel and personal touch from the moment we arrived. All appliances were in working order parking was easy and Gregg was amazing and made sure my family and I were taken care of (since I was stuck working the day we were to check in and arrived later). Pool was clean and had security there to ensure family and kids safety. Easy access to the cleanest area on the beach and just a short walk to the pass. Directly across from us was shopping, dining, snacks and more giving everyone something to love about this place.
The only thing that struck us odd was the unit had clean counters, appliances, bathrooms and linen but there was sand on the floor and in the bedroom. Easy quick sweep and it was fine. We know that having a unit on the beach can produce some sand and didn’t make much difference in the overall stay. Great place and we definitely will be staying here again!!
The pictures of the unit were from a differnt unit. The cabinets and furniture were not as nice as pictured. We have been staying in the area for 10 years and love the location.
They didn’t leave us a parking pass. They also one left one bar of soap for the whole 2 bedroom condo.

Very outdated furniture
They need to update all the furniture. The beds were super hard. Harder than a hotel room. Honestly felt like I was sleeping in a motel 6 but maybe worse because the bed was hard, furniture outdated, the pillows flat, the blankets are like dollar store blankets. The furniture was soooo old. The condo could have been super clean but you are deactivated to that fact by the extremely old furniture which probably makes it feel dirtier than it is. My clothes stayed in my bag for that reason. The couch was super flat like it was 20+ years old.
At the very least I expect the bedrooms to be updated. Who comes on vacation to be uncomfortable at night.
Location was perfect. Just across the street from John's Pass with a crosswalk - stay was good for what we needed. Short walk to pool and beach, didn't have to use the car much if we didn't want to. The down side is, we were not given check in instructions prior to arrival so I had to message host to get info after my in-laws had gone to the office (no one there btw). There was also no parking information given up front as to where to go. Parked in guest spot to check in then had to move later. All info on parking was in the room with 2 tags. There was only 1 numbered spot for the room (we found after walking the lot) so we didn't know where to park the other vehicles. Messaged host (who was very responsive) and told us where to go. A few hours later my husband went out to get something from his truck to see the HOA president standing at his truck and my SUV calling a tow truck. Messaged host (with no reply), went to the office - no one there - only to end up calling the office - they were able to get us a guest pass for the day for his truck very quickly to avoid the tow charges thankfully. The HOA president was very rude and would not listen - just wanted to do what he was there to do, talk over my husband and continue to ask the tow company to come get his truck when we had proof we were staying there, etc. Just a little frustration but overall a decent place to stay and would come back.
We where very excited when we arrived, we had a parking spot under the building to keep the car out of the sun. Also liked seeing the coded entrances. The unit itself had been recently renovated, and was nice, but lacked proper finishes in the corners. It was left a bit rough. Both toilets rocked, no bathroom exhaust fan, couple of lights where out, couldn’t get tv in LR to work, but over all it was fine for a couple of days.
The building itself was poor. Walking up the enclosed stairway we noticed wires hanging from an open junction box for the sprinkler systems. 2 of the floors had a red light on status of the sprinkler system (I think indicating it was not operating), other three had green. Fire extinguisher on our floor was reading depleted, another missing from the box where it should be. There was discarded furniture on our floor. Looked like someone moved out and let everything in the hall. Last day when we moved out the Elevator was broken. Also noticed the smoke alarm system in garage was open with wires sticking out. Looked like the sprinkler system was being worked on, but never saw any workers and we where there mid week. I was concerned for my family with the system clearly being sub par. Pool was good, beach access is good. Only 2 umbrellas in the huge pool area. The place was fine, but felt a bit ghetto. Fix the sprinkler system and set some rules for crap in the halls.

Great beach location
When we arrived our code to enter the condo did not work and it was a Sunday after 3 so no one was there and it took us an hour and a half of nonstop phone calls until I found out the emergency number was a cell phone so I texted it and finally got a response in 5 minutes. Reset the number from New York. If you can’t check on until 4 then someone should be reachable until later than that. Condo was clean and quiet. Master bedroom stayed hot even with AC on. Luckily there was a fan. They do not provide dishcloths to wash dishes. I understand your responsible for the soap but they should provide those. All in all we were happy with our stay, loved walking out to the beach. There aren’t any umbrellas for the beach. Usually someone leaves them kinda shocked there wasn’t one already there. If it wasn’t for not being able to reach someone when we arrived Ed I would have given 5 stars.

Great location!
The condo was good. My only complaint was that it wasn’t clean. The floor was dirty and there was dust on all the baseboards. Needs a deep cleaning.
Property was great; clean and everything provided for our stay. Highly recommended.

Spring break w the family
The floors were filthy the coffee pot still had coffee in it. Over all was not well cleaned. Upon arriving the code didn’t work we had to call facilities and they reset the code. There are separate codes for the elevator for the pool and for the beach and they are not the same. You can sit at the pool and watch everyone struggle w these codes at the gates very frustrating. Somehow I missed the fact that the master bedroom was the one w the double beds and the balcony looks off to the side of another condo. We made the best of it but For the price we were disappointed. . We have been coming to St Pete for years. We won’t return to this condo again.
Nice size condo right on the beach. Great pool area. Our only concern was the cleanliness. The floors had not been cleaned. I think the management company should check the unit after the cleaners are done.

Convenient beach location
The positive of the condo, it is directly on the beach, but not beach front as featured in their picture. Also, the pool was warm and clean.
Unfortunately for us, there were more negatives. The property management was beyond frustrating, their customer skills are nonexistent. The condo itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The microwave was missing a handle. In both bathrooms, the fans had been disconnected. These are just a couple of the many maintenance issues with this condo. The description of the condo mentioned remodeled, but not sure when that happened? There was no dish cloth or towel in the kitchen for clean up, only a dirty used sponge was provided. This could be a nice condo but is so poorly management and maintained. This condo is definitely off my rental list.
