About this property

Beautiful and newly updated 3-bedroom townhome with private plunge pool located in the gated community of Encantada. The home enjoys a great 2 floor layout and no carpeting in the home! Tile flooring throughout the first floor and newly installed hardwood flooring on the 2nd floor! The home is located very close to the clubhouse which offers a community pool, gym and hangout areas. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor - the first floor features a kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed.The 2nd floor has the master king bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom. There is plenty of space to make this a memorable Disney vacation for you and your family. Enjoy the convenient plunge pool with heated option (extra charge).

The Encantada Resort has a nearby Publix Grocery Store only a mile away along with a Super Target, Margaritaville Resort and various restaurants that are within a few minutes from the gated complex. This home is available for longer term rentals more than a month - inquire on my pricing!

Great location; quiet resort

Rental unit has newer floors, updated furniture, and nice beds. Located on the pond - great view. However, it needs a thorough cleaning - fans, vents, cupboard doors, inside cupboards. Baseboards are marked and look dirty, need painting. Patio blinds are broken and cannot close. Most appliances are 16 years old - fridge was broken the day we moved in, a burner on stove would not shut off. Property mgmt brought a mini fridge after 3 days (main fridge still broken), and brought kitchen basics when requested. This could be a beautiful rental if the above were corrected.
