Enjoy this beautifully remodeled home--keeping its charm in a quiet and historic neighborhood near it all. Gorgeous open floor plan in the which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms including a master en suite and additional area that is set up with a bar and reading space overlooking that large private yard with a brand new heated pool and gas fire pit seating area just installed. Great entertaining house with large backyard--lots of lounge furniture.

This oasis is perfect for a girlfriends getaway or a family vacation. The well-appointed kitchen is like no other vacation rental you've stayed in--items like an air fryer, kids dishes. The "kids" room features a full bed with a twin trundle as well as some kids toys and lots of board/card games for kids and adults alike! We also have outdoor games like cornhole and bocce ball. The large dining table and large island seat large families comfortably. We also have a pack and play for our guests to use during their stay. Black framed windows and black hardware throughout, beautiful industrial lighting with filament bulbs, modern wood tile, mint-colored kitchen cabinets in the main house with opal marble countertops, industrial farmhouse design with industrial elements. Featuring high speed wi-fi, cable and smart flat screen TV's in all the rooms.

It's very conveniently located in the Melrose Historic District in Central Phoenix. Plenty of room for parking and a short walk to bike paths, coffee shops, great Central Avenue restaurants and the lightrail that can take you to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Tempe. And it's 20 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale for more great shopping and dining.

Should you need more space for your party, there is also a separate adorable guest house that can be rented--featuring a one bedroom, one bath with a private kitchen, and living/dining space. Note, these have completely separate entrances, separate trash, separate parking and the backyard is not shared unless both are rented by the same party.

Perfect location

A well stocked kitchen, a lovely heated pool, plenty of space for a family of five; the children loved the back yard. Bees were a problem now and then, but not much to do about that without knowing the site of a nest. Brooke always available and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Great long term stay!!

Loved the home and yard. The grandkids and adults loved the heated pool which was great with the cooler weather in February-March. All questions and issues were resolved quickly. Neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed for 35 days with our dog. Wonderful place to stay.

Lovely stay

Booked this location fairly last minute for our travel to the AZ National Livestock Show. While the house wasn’t super close in location, it was perfect in size for our family and close enough. The house was very modern and super cozy, and close enough to everything else we needed nearby. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

I'd do it all over again

I recently stayed in a home in Phoenix, AZ, for four days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The property was exceptionally clean, both inside and out, with spotless bathrooms and kitchen, and a neutral smell that made it feel welcoming right away. The check-in process was seamless thanks to a detailed email I received days in advance, which provided all the necessary instructions in an easy-to-follow format. In fact, the home itself exceeded my expectations—it was even better in person than in the pictures on the listing. The host was very responsive throughout the entire stay, answering any questions I had quickly. One of the highlights was the fully stocked kitchen—it had everything I could possibly need, which made cooking a breeze. It honestly had more amenities than my own home! The only small issue I encountered was figuring out how to use the heated pool option, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. As for comfort, the beds were great, and even though I was initially concerned about the instruction to keep the AC set no lower than 75 degrees, it turned out to be just right given the 100+ degree temperatures outside. The home stayed cool and comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. It was a fantastic stay, and I honestly can't think of anything I wish I had known beforehand. Everything was well thought out and provided, making for a stress-free experience.

Beautiful Home in Great location

The home is newly remodeled, many great finishing touches. Came with our teenage son and layout provided both separate and share space to hang out. The pool and backyard provided fun and relaxation. Great location to downtown, airport and GCU. Owners go above and beyond in communication and support. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and relaxing stay!

Even though we were here in Phoenix area for only one night , the house was ready to receive us and give our family instant comfort in a great location close to good food and a short trip to the airport. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and they made the most of our short stay. Thank you !!

Perfect base to explore Phoenix

What a lovely spot for a family holiday, in an ideal location. Completely central to Phoenix attractions, yet backyard by the pool was peaceful and quiet. More spacious inside and out than we expected. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners’ communication thorough and helpful. Zero complaints - will hope to be back someday!

Excellent place to stay

We traveled to Phoenix to attend a concert and this was the perfect place to stay. The house was very cute and clean and filled with all the amenities we could possibly need. With it being close to 100°, the pool was so amazing and refreshing and the patio table was a great place to hang out and play games. We were only 15 min from the airport which made it easy to drop off the friends who left earlier. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Arizona vacation!

This property had all the extras that you could possibly need! Aside from how lovely it was decorated, they thought of everything to make our vacation easy and fun! The beds were comfortable, and we felt that the house was spacious and very accommodating for our needs with a big family. Lots of upgrades and the backyard space was amazing. While the neighborhood was nothing exciting, it felt safe and quiet. We walked along a nearby canal several mornings and enjoyed the ducks and cool painted murals along the cement walls. We had some fridge and dishwasher issues and they responded promptly to take care of them. The pool was awesome and we were in close proximity to all the things we wanted to get to. We will come back!

over-delivered!

This is one of those rare properties that is even better than it looks on the VRBO site (and it already looks amazing). Two of my daughters and my two grandchildren and I left the husband and dads at home and had the most amazing week at this lovely place. This is an incredibly comfortable home and Brooke and team have thought about absolutely everything. We wished we could have stayed longer and we are already planning a trip back (this time with the husband and dads - they are jealous just hearing about it). The location is wonderful - it is possible to walk to stores and restaurants and the Valley Metro stop, but it is a very quiet neighbourhood. One of my fav memories is getting up early and sitting outside with a cuppa listening to the birds and watching the sky change colour from dawn to day. The house is really well stocked, including with toys and paraphernalia for the kids. The outside area is great, and safe for kids (pool is fenced off). Clearly many people have spent many a happy day in this place - the vibes are great. Thank you Brooke !

We brought 2 toddlers to Phoenix and this was the perfect house. Very kid friendly, including toys for the children. It was very clean. The outdoor space was lovely, great warm pool!
