I'm not the property owner, I'm managing this for my friends who will be traveling for few months. They are Bruce and his wife Aysin Neville, great couple and professionals in high tech industry.
Why they chose this property
This property is very desirable, it is located by the beach, you can leave the house and walk to the beach or the shops and highly rated restaurants in the village. You don't even need a car, you can walk to the train station and travel to downtown San Diego for a day trip or go north to Orange County.
