This home encompasses a variety of spaces to entertain friends, retreat to a private nook or to gather with family, all paramount to creating a harmonious stay. The generously proportioned kitchen, dining and living area plays the part of a perfect home away from home. The alluring private walled courtyard offers the ideal space for outdoor dining, relaxing or entertaining.

Navigating Albuquerque is very simple and easy with our grid road system. Use an Uber, Lyft, Car, Bicycle, or public transportation. Coors Blvd is a major bus fare if you would like to use public transportation.

Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is suggested. Albuquerque does have an extensive public transportations system that may be viewed on the City website. Their are 2 bus stations approximately 1/2mile away from home. Uber estimate from Albuquerque International Airport to home is $15.71
Other Things to Note:
- Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in which ever is sooner.
-Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.
-The property does have security cameras on the exterior of the property.
- Ample parking available, including an oversized garage. There's plenty of space for your RV or trailer during your stay for an additional fee of $25 per night. If you have an extension cord you can easily run electricity to your RV. However, this is no ability for sewerage connection to your RV.
- If you would like to bring your small furry friends, don't hesitate to ask.
- No Pets
- Smoking is not permitted inside, and we advise a $250 additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside.
- A safety note: The blinds have hanging cords, which are a potential choking hazard for small children.
- Wood burning stove is decorative only, and not available for use.
House Rules:
•No local guests allowed within 50 miles of property
• Must be 25 years of age to book
• Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours 9pm to 8am
• No Pets allowed
• No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind.
• No parties or events
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.
Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions
• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories
• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
