About this property

Sunny home in quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minutes from beach and Bayfair

Renovated home with two bathrooms (one ensuite). The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac between Mount Maunganui and Papamoa, with Bayfair shopping mall and the beach both ten minute walks away.

Downtown Mount Maunganui (shops, hot pools, eateries, beaches) is 5km in one direction, and very easy to get too, and Papamoa shopping mall and beach is 5km the other way so you are right in the middle of everything.

Relax in holiday mode with spacious bedrooms, two heatpumps for heating or cooling, WIFI, and a deck for making the most of the sun.

Please note the photos are from previous styling. The furniture is different but is the same aesthetic. The second bedroom does not have access to a wardrobe.

Please also note that there is a security camera on the driveway.

Special property conditions;
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No parties whatsoever - this is a family street and we ask that you respect our neighbours. If we hear that there has been a party, we will ask you to leave.
- A bond of $300 is required prior to your stay.
- Sheets, linen, and towels will be provided but there will be no house-keeping provided during your stay. There is a washing machine and dryer if you do need to do any laundry.
- No pets.

Golfers Delight
Centrally located to a number of golf courses. Very close to a large shopping centre. The house had everything that you would need. Felt very homey. Owner was very accommodating with meeting our needs.

Great location, lovely house
We had a fantastic week at Whitney’s house. It was well equipped and well stocked. Although, we never did, you could walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. And the beach is gorgeous - miles of beautiful sand. There’s plenty to do and see in this area within an hour or so’s drive, and Taupō is only about 2 hours drive. I highly recommend this house and the Mt. Maunganui area in general. Communicating with Whitney was also easy.

Hidden Gem
This 2 bedroom house was perfect for our 5 night stay. The house is warm, well stocked and exceptionally clean, situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. Whitney was a wonderful host and I have no hesitation in recommending this sunny home for future stays. We will certainly be back next time we are visiting Mt Maunganui.

Great Little Cottage
We loved our stay at Whitney's cottage. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms were perfect for my friend and myself. Great WiFi, good TV, quality linens, and the kitchen was well supplied. Walked to the beach every morning, and was only 5 minutes drive to the shopping centre, gym and sports stadium. Whitney was a pleasure to deal with. We'll come back every year.
