We enjoyed our stay

My family of 5 stayed at your space for a wedding. The kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms had all that we needed. The house was a perfect size for us and was clean and in great condition. The full length mirror and large walk-in closet in the master bedroom was very useful! The living room couch was comfortable and spacious. I particularly liked the cute way that the towels were rolled up in each room. The only thing that I did t like was the master bedroom mattress. It was too soft for me due to the thick topper.

Great location - BUT.....

Great location, quiet neighborhood BUT could stand some updates on the furniture and/or add more furniture in the family room empty spaces could use a high-top table or some chairs, master bedroom could use a chair/bench, bedrooms could use a garbage cans...just a suggestion. The hall and laundry closet doors are old and would not shut. On our 4th day of stay the alarm system went off at 6 am but the owner quickly turned off the system. The 2nd day of our 7 day stay, the HVAC unit started to knock the entire time it was on, not sure what was going on with that but very distracting when you are trying to sleep... Ants were present around the sink the entire time, and it look like they were coming from a hole in the wall by the dinning room table. The water pressure is not existence in both bathroom sinks so we had to turn on the water, walk away for 15-20 minutes for the sink to fill up but the showers had great water pressure! I call our contact person about it and was told...Sorry about that! No face towels so make sure to pack or purchase some as we did. We come to Tampa twice a year and stay for at least a week and would like the convenience of a place like home or close to it...

Home away from Home

I needed a place that would allow my dogs to accompany me while I working on post hurricane decisions. I truly enjoyed my stay. This home is clean, well appointed and very comfortable!

We had a great time. House was clean and well appointed. Small minor issues. Bathroom water pressure was low, plus there was no place in them to store toiletries. The ice maker was very slow and the guest small bedroom mattresses were a little too soft for my taste. The living area and kitchen were very well laid out. We would come back again!!

This is a very nice accommodation. Updated, very clean, very comfortable, nicely appointed. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and soccer complex. Could have a bit better lighting if I were to nitpick. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Fully updated and convenient

This is a well-updated house in a quiet neighborhood, but only 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. We had players at the Tampa tournament Soccer Complex 10 minutes away and it beat the heck out of any hotel we could have booked. Other than maybe adding a few area rugs on the tile floors, we loved this place!

Great house

In town for a lacrosse tournament - house was roomy, clean, smelled great, fully stocked kitchen. Property manager gave all the check in information timely and a number to be reached if we had any problems. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were fully updated. We would definitely stay there again and refer it to friends.
