It's clear that whoever owns this property does not ever stay here. Not one of the 4 TVs in the bedrooms worked, one didn't have batteries in the remote, one was missing a remote, but none would turn on manually either. Instructions for the heating and fireplace would have been really helpful. A few halogen floor lamps would have also gone a long way. It got very dark inside at night. The property has a lot of deferred maintenance. The fitted sheets didn't fit on the beds well and kept coming untucked. Some of the blinds had the sticks broken off so they didn't open. Even during Covid times, other properties I have stayed in had basic pantry items like napkins and tupperware or baggies and salt and pepper. The location is excellent and the staff was always friendly. The place was clean and roomy and had great views, but overall a bit disappointing.
