Overlooking Nacascolo Bay and surrounding mountains, in the exclusive neighborhood of Pacific Marlin. Minutes to town. A/C throughout house, 3 decks overlook the ocean, modern, upgrades throughout. 9 homes avail for rent. Inquire for availability even though calendar may say not available. The houses have three bedrooms and three bathrooms inside the house and a maids quarters outside the house.

This larger version Malibu home, located on the corner lot has a bigger infinity pool, with a shallow sun deck in pool, and a hot tub, and gym. This unique home has a bar instead of a second living room which is great for entertaining. Housekeeper included. Please inquire for photos and more info. Rate: $995.00 per nite.

He is a custom home builder from the United States and has built over 1,000 homes in Nicaragua over the last few years He fell in love with San Juan Del Sur and decided to build his own vacation home there in Pacific Marlin, thus Malibu was created. Lance and his wife Robyn own and manage several homes in Malibu.
