Our family had stayed here four previous times, returning first time since COVID. Perfectly situated and appointed for a multi-generational family. Sunny location, a warm, shallow and sandy-bottom lake, shade an option outside or A/C inside. Interior is nicely furnished with everything one would need for a fun vacation
Our family had the best week staying at this beautiful home. This property has a sandy beach that the kids loved building sand castles on. The water was warm and everyone had fun in the lake. The view from the house is stunning. Open floor plan and felt nice and clean upon arrival. This is our second summer staying and love this location.
Our family loved our summer vacation with our ski boat at this great home which has a large well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach towels and linen supplies. The only thing the ladies of the group would have liked would be a couple of patio loungers to relax in while watching the kids and enjoying the great view, but overall a 5 out of 5 home.
6 of us from Wenatchee are all wine enthusiasts. We wanted to experience the BC wine country and it's beauty. The home we stayed in was excellent. Lots of space, comfortable bedrooms/bathrooms, nice large kitchen and living room windows so large you felt like you were always out on the lake. The house was so spacious we never did use the TV room. We were all in agreement this vacation rental was the right choice for visiting Lake Osoyoos!
This is a great house in a great location. A couple of small improvements would make it truly excellent. Things like adding bedside tables, lamps so we didn’t have to use only overhead lights, water toys (the only house on a lake we’ve ever stayed in that didn’t supply these) and comfortable lawn chairs. The house was clean and spacious and the issues we had (internet went out for days, propane for grill was empty) were handled as best they could.
We had such a great time here. The lake is amazing for swimming, house is set up beautifully, with everything we needed and then some. The only recommendation I can offer is more comfortable beds, as they are all pretty hard. Thanks for sharing your home with us ❤️
What a spectacular home and property on the lake! Plenty of room for our family of 8, and by far the best provisioned property we have ever stayed at. It had virtually everything. We stayed May 4-11, but would love to stay a little later in the year, when the dock is out and the kids could enjoy the lake more. The cooler temps didn’t keep them out, but warmer weather would have helped. Leslie was wonderful to work with.
We had an amazing time. Although the weather was rainy and cooler then expected, we spent most of our time relaxing listening to the lapping water and birds, and watching movies. We did make it into town for the local May Day parade. We also hiked nearby Cactus mountain which had an amazing view. Thanks for the relaxing time!
We had a really nice stay. We came for a weekend to visit some family in the area and enjoy the lake and some warmer spring weather. Was slightly bummed to find the dock not in the water. Wish the post would have given dates for when the dock would be in season. The dishwasher was loaded almost full. Not sure if dishes were clean or not. The rules asked us to do dishes but there weren’t any sponges available and the garbage bags were out too. Not huge deals just things they could do a better job checking to restock between guests. Also there was a cup of water in the microwave that looked like it’s been sitting a while. The dang tub handle in the jetted tub was broken too. My husband managed to fix that for them. But not in time for me to enjoy the tub. All in all a good trip. Just a few little things. All of which would be less noticeable if there wasn’t little notes all over warning you to do things or risk losing your deposit. It was just off putting. I read the rules I understand. I don’t need threatening messages left everywhere 🤷🏻♀️ It just made it hard to relax.
What a beautiful home with beautiful views! We had such a great stay. Comfortable beds, very clean and very well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely be back!
The Craftsmanship of this home is superior. Really tall doors and high ceilings. The house is super relaxing - well furnished. The kitchen is abundantly stocked. Cooking was a dream! Great HVAC system to immediately cool down if we were warm. Can't wait to go again!
We loved our stay here. The water was perfect for kids to swim in, warm and not deep. We stayed here when it was over 100 degrees and AC was able to keep it up so that was a huge plus. Fully stocked house with extra bedding, towels and beach towels. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and spices.
The older boys had fun swimming and fishing in wannacut lake which is 20 min out but it was worth it with all the bass they were able to catch. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with our family.
We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very nice, well stocked, family friendly and perfect for those who enjoy water sports. Big yard for kids to play and swim, good location for boating and fishing couldn't ask for a better place to get away from the work life grind. The property managers are very responsive and helpful. We loved it and will definitely be back!
Awesome house, gorgeous lake view, perfect place to relax
We stayed at the house for Memorial day weekend. We were two families with a total of 4 kids and 1 infant. We loved our stay. the house is really amazing. the pictures in the profile don't show it well. the house looks like new, it's extremely spacious and it's very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The backyard is spectacular, with direct access to the lake, including its own private beach and dock.
The lawn is perfect for kids to play. our kids love soccer and spent entire days playing outside. The surrounding area is very quiet, no noise from traffic or anything else.
The evenings sitting on the patio with a glass of wine looking at the sunset over the mountains across the lake are the best way I can think to relax and decompress from the crazy city life and never ending zoom calls!
The owner was super kind and really helpful with all the questions we had throughout our stay.
Thank you!
What an excellent location and and a beautiful home situated on Osoyoos Lake. If you love to boat, water ski, kayak, paddle board, etc., this is the place for you. The dock was a bonus, and we loved the small sandy beach. The yard was excellent for playing games, and the covered deck was a huge bonus, as we were able to enjoy the outdoor weather, while still being in the shade. The start of the Oroville Grind is only 20 minutes from the house, and was a great work-out early mornings. Be sure to include the Similkameen trail in your list of things to do early in the morning. We had 3 families with 3 teens, and the set-up worked perfectly. Never a dull moment! I would highly recommend this place!
Great place to stay. Plenty of room for 8 people, clean and the view is amazing. Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful Property and Responsive Owners
Separate master bedrooms on opposite sides of the great room make for peaceful naps and privacy for multiple couple accommodations. The great room is comfy with high ceilings and multiple lighting options. The lake view is beautiful and beach front back yard had plenty of avian wildlife to enjoy. Our guests absolutely loved the house and location.

Amazing beach front home in Oroville.
Beautiful spacious comfortable lakeshore home in Oroville on Lake Osoyoos. The home is very modern, beautiful kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. Great for entertaining large gathering. Bedrooms are very spacious.
Lovely beach, great to launch paddle boards. Great beach for the children as it is shallow. Spacious deck over looking large back yard and lake. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was an outstanding choice.

Exceeded our expectations - Great time to reconnect with family
Just what the doctor ordered!! Having family members all under the same roof and doing life together is so therapeutic and builds strong family relationships! The beach having a lengthy shallow depth was perfect for our grand-kids. Thanks to VRBO for your professional and timely manner in handling administrative matters and to the home-owners who where so accommodating with our personal questions and requests. A great and memorable vacation/reunion. .

Perfect family vacation venue! House, lake, neighbourhood.
We have a family of 10, including four grown « kids » and four grandkids. The house is perfect for this group, with the adults all having their own bedroom and the four cousins sharing a room. The house amenities worked great, including the large covered deck for shade in the Okanagan sun. The yard and private beach were great, but the lake itself was fantastic. Warm and shallow for a couple hundred yards out with a sandy bottom made an ideal play place for kids and adults alike. Would recommend for anyone.
