LOCATION: Bourbon Place by Roami is just a block away from historic Bourbon Street and a 1 minute walk to the French Quarter. The property is just a 10-minute drive from the Central Business District.

The Space:
In a city with so much to do and see, location matters when choosing a place to stay in New Orleans. At Bourbon Place you'll find the perfect home base for any business or leisure trip in the Big Easy. It's easy to fall in love with these apartments, which boast modern amenities (like a full kitchen!), historic architecture, and more space than a New Orleans hotel room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St. on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 934 square feet.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Excellent Location

The condo was beautiful and clean. We didn’t have washcloths so I called. We didn’t have Kleenex or dishwasher pods. When they brought the wash clothes the lady had a nasty attitude. I asked about the dishwasher and she said we don’t supply that. Why would you have an amenity and not supply the soap. There was dishwashing liquid but the sink didn’t have a stopper so it was hard to to wash dishes.

Quick stay

The stay was as expected from other reviews. The front bedroom was quite noisy and the white sound machine helped some. The only trouble some thing was the bedroom tv's kept coming on all by themselves. Had to unplug them.

Beautiful apartment! Fantastic location!

This place was great. Just steps from all the fun stuff, we loved it. Stayed for four nights and would stay again when we return. Staff was great with communication when we did a late check out. Highly recommend.

Great location-close to all the action on Bourbon street. Felt very safe with additional lock at entry into building. Very clean and property was as advertised.

NOLA stay

Unit was very nice . Updated and clean . Location was spot on if you want to stay in the French Quarters. The bedroom closest to the street had the sounds of the trolley car during the night . The other bedroom was very quite . Within walking distance of most attractions New Orleans is known for . Fun time.

Exactly as advertised

The property is tidy, spacious, well appointed, and VERY well located in the heart of things. You must keep in mind it is effectively on Bourbon and Canal, which is the bullseye for convenience, but it comes with the noise volume you would expect -- especially for the street-facing bedroom. Still, the apartment appears to be about as sound proof as you could hope, and the white noise machines are a very nice touch to drown out the sounds of revelry and vehicular traffic. I had a bit of a snafu with the check-in process, but the Sextant staff were very friendly in resolving it. The in-apartment "concierge screen" was a very nice touch and made check-out an absolute breeze. About the worst thing I can say is the drain in the front bedroom was slow. You can tell I'm struggling to find any constructive criticism, everything was otherwise exactly as advertised!

Good location but not quiet as described

The unit is very clean and is upgraded. I like the balcony the most. The location is fantastic. However, the area is not quiet as described. Probably because we stayed the week after Mardi Gras, the night we could hear drunk people yelling and garbage truck running by all night long. It if u to ou are looking for a place where you can experience the party city atmosphere, this is what you are looking for!
