     Within 10 minutes walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarket, parks and shops. Nissi Beach is about 15mins walk or 3 minutes drive.



The ground floor features an open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There are also 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded.



     On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and one baby crib as well as a kitchenette with a second living room and a bathroom.

Next to the pool, there is an extra room with its own bathroom and two sofabeds that can be used as an additional bedroom or for taking some rest during the day.
