Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here again, because we were not able to take a hot shower the entire time we were there. The water would get luke-warm at best. We notified the property manager immediately and he came out, but we had to call multiple times after that just to get them to send a plumber out to actually fix the problem. The plumber said he couldn’t fix it and the water heater needed to be replaced because it was so old. He recommended this to the property management company and while they had plenty of time to fix it while we were there, they dragged their feet and didn’t. There was also a very strong gas smell coming from the downstairs. We had an infant and a toddler staying with us and even though we reported this to the property manager he brushed it off and didn’t take the concern seriously. Honestly, don’t stay here because the last thing you want to do after coming off of the cold ski slopes is take a cold shower.. it was miserable. The property manager had no interest in helping us.
The pros: You can take the 4oclock run directly to the condo at the end of the day. The home is large and sleeps a lot of people. The kitchen is well stocked (pots, pans, crock pot, etc). The main room fireplace is great! Having a single car garage is a huge perk - one of your vehicles will keep from freezing. The garage has a ski/snowboard rack. There is an outdoor hot tub and several jacuzzi tubs - all which work and are well maintained.
The cons: parking in the garage has it's perks, but it is very narrow - just like the plowed part of the driveway.
The mud room (main entry) is also very narrow - a large group can't all just walk in and remove boots / jackets at the same time. The house doesn't have enough on demand hot water for 3 people to shower at the same time. It has enough hot water to fill up a single jacuzzi tub, for context.
I would stay here again, for what it's worth!! The management company is very responsive to your requests.
The green carpet summarizes our entire experience with this property…BAD. They care about their property and their customers as much as they care about this carpet. I should have believed what I saw in the pics. As frequent travelers to the area, we know there are zillions of options out there. Don’t pick this one.
Our family (5 adults a toddler and an infant) had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay in this property. Spacious, extremely well located with great view. When it comes to kitchen & linens we had it all. Additionally, the managing staff was accommodating and beyond polite. highly recommend this place.
The property has a great location. When we got there it smelled like gas. The housekeepers I believe accidentally turned the gas on to the stove will cleaning. We called them and they sent some one right away but I was already looking for a culprit and found that to be it so he just came to the front door and left. We were constantly running out of thing garbage bags, toilet paper, and laundry soap. They had no aluminum foil or Pam spray which was disappointing. On our second to last day we decided to grill out the propane tank was empty I called at 450 the office closes at 5 and they told me it was too late for them to replace it so they got a full propane tank on us. Honestly I just expected more for paying that much.

Pros & Cons
Pros - Quick response from office, fit our large group well, fairly easy ski in, fireplaces were nice, property meets description fairly well.
Cons - on 4th day we came home to the maintenance person emptying the hot tub. He said it had no chemicals in it and was very dirty. It took several hours to reheat so we were not able to use it and everyone was very disappointed. We had not used it much so that means it was not cleaned properly or at all before our stay. I specifically searched for a property with a private hot tub :(. There are no hot tub towels so have to use the shower towels. Shower heads are not great. Kitchen needs enough wine glasses and proper coffee mugs for 8 adults (we left some christmas mugs for the next guests). Property is not a ski out, but fairly lengthy walk to the gondola.
We were looking for a 3 bed, 3 bath and this property hit that criterion, but when we viewed the green carpet, we were skeptical- we've stayed in places where you see something like this and we have been extremely disappointed as the whole unit is in disrepair and outdated...NOT this unit. It was beautifully decorated, had an updated kitchen, nice bedrooms, and the booking agent was wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent again. Thankful that we could park both of our vehicles in the unit/drive. Very nice unit-very close to the gondola.
I do believe you shouldn’t say ski-in ski-out. If there is snow on the roads then ski-in works. It can never be ski-out. Short walk up hill, then short walk through tunnel, or ski down if there is snow and cross parking lot to gondola.
Everything else is as advertised. Had a wonderful time.
The property was listed as ski in walk out, so we had good expectations is was close, but not ski side. Unfortunately the ski back trail hadn't been opened yet. If you are an early bird with a car, it was easier to drive and park and just let whomever wants to go in early ski back, which is a great advantage in itself.
Staff was very helpful. We left something and they mailed it back.
Place was cozy and we had a great stay. Liked the gas fireplace in the main room, we used it while we cooked and hung out.
Enjoyed our stay. The chairs on the outdoor balcony were broken. It would have been nice to have coffee outside in the morning enjoying the view. Other than that everything worked great and was very nice.
