Super convenient to lifts, cozy, cool view of slopes, stove top so can make dinner rather than eat out, and lots of nearby amenities.Great place to ski Breck.
great location very very close to lifts, enjoyed the ski in locker room
Extremely close to the ski slope, within easy walking distance to restaurants on Main Street . Used a shuttle service from the Denver airport, rented skis equipment from the other side of the condo.
Concierge was very professional . Condo unit could use a few upgrades, but was very clean. Thumbs up!
The location of the ski in / ski out was amazing. The condo is right by the Beaver Run Super Chair on Peak 9.
The pull out couch was dirty. The pull out couch comforter was stained. The TV had 4 remotes and none of them turned on the TV. The fees were more than the cost of the rental.
Nice shower. Comfortable Queen bed.

Worked for the week
I loved the view although the windows could be cleaned. The location was great. The shuttle service was great. The pool and hot tub options were great. I was there working remote for the week so the wifi was mainly the only need. My complaints were the checkin process which took awhile. I booked through vrbo and Beaver Run didn’t have my paperwork or reservation. Once I got the keys, they did not work. That actually happened to me a few times where the key just stopped working for no reason. The unit could use some updates/maintenance work….the bathroom faucet drips, the shower drain is slow, the burners are not great (took me an hour to boil water), the ice maker works slowly, the refrigerator makes noises once in awhile, the dishwasher didn’t sit level so I didn’t even use it. I think the whole kitchenette area could be updated with appliances and cabinets.

VRBO and the property manager did a great job staying in touch, fixing something that was broken quickly, etc. No complaints at all there. This condo facility is a great place to stay in terms of amenities and location, needs some spiffing up though. It has such awesome potential but they've fallen behind on things like painting, repairs, etc.
The property itself has an awesome view back to the ski slopes, and a full size fridge which is a big plus. On the down side it's in bad shape - when we made the couch bed, the sheets had blood & coffee stains on them and were covered in dirt & mattress cover is all ripped, curtain was stained and broken on one end, some pieces of floor trim were missing, the sink has a huge stain and crack in it, shower didn't drain (had to call to get it fixed), front door needs realigned, overall is REALLY dated (like finishings from 30 - 35 years ago), the dishwasher is leaning out at an angle and you can see under it they propped it up with 2X4's, the paint on the inside was a terrible job.....you could see where they painted trim and let it drip down on the tile, etc. etc. I'm usually a really generous rater on rooms but this one just everywhere you looked were things that were hokey, old, poorly done - I told my wife i felt like I was staying in an old Motel 6. For note I stay every year in this facility & almost always rate the rooms all 5's so I'm not high maintenance, but I expect more for the price paid. This was a pretty disappointing stay.
Location is unbeatable, good but a little renovation could be great.
We loved the location. Super close to the lift with an amazing view.
The rental staff was quite helpful when needed.
The only comment would be an opportunity to upgrade/fix some items in the apartment.
This property was small and a little outdated, but very clean and comfortable. Our main concernwas bring able to eat in and social distance and this worked very well here. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our sray.
You cannot beat the location of this condo. The views of the lifts and slopes was amazing. Small half kitchen so don't plan on cooking much, but it was perfect for just my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!!
Best ski in/ ski out I could have ever imagined. It was the perfect location right at Beaver Run ski lift

The ski in and ski out aspect of the lodge is great! The property has a good pool and several hot tubs for after ski. They also had a great arcade area for kids and big kids who are looking for something to do in the evenings or while taking a break from skiing.
A hidden gem that I didn't realize when booking is what a great view this room has. It is literally above the ski lockers that open to the slopes and lift. The view is of the slopes and lift with a nice, narrow balcony. It was a great location.
A couple of things that are helpful to know. While I did ask about parking, it would have been nice to know there is a fee for parking. The kitchen is sufficient and has a full size refrigerator which is a bonus. There are pots but no frying pans. The dishwasher was difficult to work (likely an easy fix).
Overall, it was a great location and enjoyable trip.

Outstanding location for skiing
Location is directly two floors above the ski locker. The locker room is a couple hundred feet to the lift! Portions of the unit have been updated and portions are aged. This is far from a high end unit, although it is a great value for quick and convenient access to the ski hill and town.
