This cozy and adorable beach house has everything your family needs for a great beach getaway including comfortable furnishings, beach supplies and cart, bicycles, and fenced backyard with deck, firepit, grill, swing, and horseshoe. The white sand, dunes and waves are just a 5 min. walk, or take a quick drive up the neighborhood street and across A1A to the drive-on beach access. As a plus for families with children, there is a park with playground just 500 ft. from the house. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sun.

Be sure to bring your boat along to launch into the intracoastal waterway at the park right around the corner for a day of boating and fishing. The Matanzas Inlet is about 6 miles down the river and the Old City of St. Augustine is about 8 miles up river.

The interior of this home is thoughtfully furnished with winsome and cheerful beach decor, and beautiful wood paneling. Every detail has been though of including library of books and games, outdoor tableware for a family cookout, and extra outdoor chairs for hanging out in the backyard. The open floor plan centers around a completely updated kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils, and a comfortably furnished living room with large flat-screen TV. The three bedrooms (split floor-plan) are outfitted with TVs and crisp linens and two bathrooms with soft, fresh towels and start-up shower amenities.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
