Wish we could have stayed longer

Wonderful quiet get-away on the mountain. Very nice cabin with many amenities. Would have loved to stay longer. Saw deer and turkeys and listened to silence and birdsong our whole visit. Our family had a lovely time at the cabin.

Very well-managed, cool, comfortable and quiet, and not too far down to the city for provisions. Not a lot of cabin choices on the mountain but this was very good value. They're now reconstructing the roadways nearby for the hiking trails and campgrounds and when completed in roughly 2 months, this mountain getaway will be even better for hikers, campers and cabins.

Secluded with modern cabin

Driving in is quite an adventure, which was awesome! We walked into the most beautiful cabin with modern facilities!! It was rainy & very chilly, in mid-June!! So we appreciated the pellet stove immensely! We would run it for a short time & it would heat up the entire cabin, even all through the night! The bed is super comfy. The linens are quality. Once the weather cooperated, the views were spectacular! We enjoyed our stay & look forward to staying again!!

Great cabin!

This is a great little place to stay up on Casper mountain. Just my son and I on a fly fishing trip. Been fishing the north Platte for 20 years but never stayed on the mountain. Was quiet and peaceful and great that much cooler as it was 95 down below during our trip. Cabin is very clean and has everything you need. Couple minor suggestions would be some window screens to let the air in without the flies and a few chairs for outdoor seating. New grill might be in order also. Definitely stay again!

Great Cabin

The cabin worked well for our fishing trip. It was comfortable with everything we needed provided. The directions provided for getting there as well as instructions for the cabin itsef were clear and easy to follow. The location is quiet and only about 30 minutes (in good weather) to town. We’ll keep this cabin in mind for our next WY fishing adventure.

September in WY

Cabin was cozy and comfortable lodging for our Casper fishing trip. Cabin matched the listing description and contained everything we needed. The host provided good directions and Siri/Google maps also worked well. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to the Casper area for another week of fishing.

Amazing Property!

We loved being hidden in these woods on Casper Mountain. I wasn’t sure what we were getting into as we continued to drive higher and higher and take dirt road after dirt road. But it is so worth it! We even got to see a sweet bear walk through the property one evening. And enjoyed all of the dogs that came to visit from the surrounding properties. And it was a great fit for our two year old son who found something fun and new to explore every time he went out.

Beautiful cabin and location. Loved the decor in the cabin and photos all around. Only thing missing were screens in the windows to enjoy the fresh air - especially wanted to do so at night. Only 2 of the windows had screens. Other than that everything was great. Highly recommend.

Great location!

This cabin is in a great location in the mountains, but also an easy drive to Casper. It is a beautiful spot! We did all kinds of fun things when we were there-- campfires, lots of hiking, swimming and museums. I definitely recommend this cabin!

peace and quiet

Beautiful and peaceful in the middle of nowhere. Stars are perfect at night. Thought no a/c would be a problem because the days were close to 100 degrees but it wasn't. Only complaint is the rough driveway and had to watch water usage but for the two of us it wasn't a problem

Relaxing

Although there was much snow on the ground and we were in town for something else, this place was perfect for our family to relax and chill out between games and we were able to relax.
