Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to The Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting with full great amenities. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a beautifully remodeled property on the lower level: Wood-tile floors, and granite counters. The master bedroom features a Queen bed with private en-suite. A bunk room with double size bunk beds. TV's in all rooms. Fully equipped welcoming kitchen with a window looking out into the trees and BBQ on the balcony make this the perfect vacation home. Walk down the street and hop on the free shuttle that can take you into town, Canyon, Main or Eagle Lodge. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking and pet-friendly. Just steps away from the on property amenities: pool, jacuzzi, sauna and rec room. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Sleds, dog crate, & camping chairs provided (stored under the beds). Great for two parents plus 2 college aged kids.6 people would be very crowded. Master bed is small and lumpy. One fan provided but suggest you bring fans for the evenings in the bedrooms.Bathrooms are small. Overall, great stay!

Great Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a cute and very convenient condo. The inside has been nicely updated and the location is a short 5-minute walk to the village. There was ample parking which was close to the front door of the condo. Makes it easy to carry luggage for a family of 5. My girls also loved the pool and hot tub in the complex. Even though the unit is close to the pool, it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Overall, we loved the location and this condo. We will happily stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was not ready until 5:35 for check in as it had not been cleaned on time. It was just the two of us and did not need the 2nd bedroom . The weather was nice but it would have been nice to have some fans as it was stuffy at night trying to sleep. Also it was missing chairs and a table on the deck. For $300 a night would expect this standard amenity. The slider screen had holes in it allowing bugs to get in. I think a cleaning fee charged per day is excessive since no one cleaned it until after we left. Other then that it was comfortable and had everything we needed. We we were planning on bringing our dog but decided against it because of the 6 hour drive.

Great Great And Greater!

This property did NOT disappoint!!! It is modern, upgraded and super comfortable. The location is perfect to get to the Village, head up to the lakes or get up to the lifts! We have spend many years in Mammoth, and this location was best off ANY!!! We couldn’t possibly expect anything more or better. Great Rec room/area, pool was immaculate and the parking was super convenient.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked your property as the location was good but a few things: I could hear every step of the neighbors who lived upstairs so I had no sleep. Also no one was shoveling the snow so getting into the property stepping on ice was dangerous. Perhaps that is the responsibility of each person staying in the unit. The bathroom in the master was a bit small with a shower head that was not too strong (drops of water). I did really like the living room with a GREaT sofa and a very nice equipped kitchen.

Excellent Ski Condo

Very nice condo and excellent location. My family of four (plus dog) has rented many condos in Mammoth over the years. This condo was a winner. We had no problem parking near the condo. The unit warmed up very quickly and there are separate heaters in each room. The entry has tons of hooks for hanging up wet gear and a dedicated area for stowing skis & boots. The living room fireplace and TV were easy to operate. The kitchen had everything we needed, including paper towels, dishwasher tabs and condiments in the fridge. There was a Keurig as well as a conventional coffee maker with filters and a variety of K-cups. Each sink had pump liquid soap. We brought a crate for our dog, but noticed that there was a crate provided under the bed in the master. The showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. WiFi was good. Lots of outlets/usb chargers in each room, which was super convenient. You can see the Canyon Blue Line shuttle stop 70 from the kitchen window, and it is literally less than a two-minute walk. The walk to the Village was less than ten minutes, and you can hop the shuttle back if you prefer. We did not use it, but it was also a very short walk to the community hot tub and recreation room, which had ping pong and pool tables. If I'm going to be picky, the only cons were (i) the heater in the master bedroom was VERY LOUD when it came on and scared me & my dog awake a few times, (ii) you can hear the upstairs occupants walking around (we were lucky that we had considerate neighbors and not loud party-people), and (iii) the master bedroom and both bathrooms were a little small. If you are considering using the hot tub, then bring pool towels as none are provided. That being said, we would stay here again. And we are very picky!!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Staff was very responsive and the place was better than advertised. Ski in ski out is def in play at this property. Would stay here again.

A relaxing getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to Mammoth to revisit the area that we had been when we were young. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. It had changed a lot over the last 40 years, but was still beautiful. Just built up so much. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. Very nice that it was all on one level, as we don't do stairs well anymore. The gas fireplace was a nice touch, very realistic. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, measuring cups and spoons. All in all, a great location to relax. Close to skiing and town. Stores near by as well. Condo well kept up with room for 6. Small patio off the living room, great for sitting and a small Bar-B-Que.

Apathetic Property Management/Comfortable Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable, once we were able to get in. The after hours process for obtaining information did not work. We arrived in Mammoth at 6:15 pm after driving all day. The information that was sent ahead of our trip for arrival instructions was changed at 4pm day of arrival with an email attachment that could not be opened via cell phone. The 24 hour emergency number did not work; could not leave a message, only 3 minutes of hold music. Was the mail box full? I dont know. We finally got in touch with a grumpy person who was on call for the owners HOA. She alerted the property manager who called eventually with the code to get in.

Nice Place on First Floor

The place lived up to the pictures on the site. It was a little smaller than I thought but it was just my wife and me so no big deal. The place is clean. Mammoth rentals was easy to deal with and to get access. Our only issue was that this was on the first floor which I did not realize as we have a general rule that we do not stay on a first floor. It sounded like king kong was above us because the floor creaked and the place seemed smaller. We would not stay there again. If you are not sensitive to sound, then the place is very nice. All recently redone. Definitely well maintained and cared for. The master bathroom was pretty tiny. In the summer I would suggest bringing a fan with you as it gets hot and there is no A/C. It is a very short walk to the village which has a lot of great options to eat.
