The Space:
This 1,902 sq ft 2-story townhome is perfect for a family or group of friends traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The townhome is located in Paradise Palms Resort, a beautiful resort-style community conveniently located to the theme parks. The amenities here include a huge walk-in pool with a slide, plus poolside dining and a tiki bar! In the clubhouse, you have an arcade room and around the grounds a lake and various sports courts. Catch a B-ball game before dinner or play a set of tennis after. This place is exceptional. The area is also located close to major shopping areas, outlet malls, restaurants, and other world-renowned attractions.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool during your stay.

The townhome is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you also have amazing resort-like amenities with other activities such as:

This short-term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.
The townhouse has fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Wi-Fi, TV w/cable, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.
There is no daily housekeeping service but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, that can be requested for an additional fee.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator between guests so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, boxed food, cooking oil, sugar, etc. prior to check-in. You'll need to purchase what you need and bring it to the home.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.
A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
This is a pet-friendly property, but pets are only allowed with prior authorization and are subject to a $290 USD fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed for a total of $580 USD. Dogs must be on a leash when on the community premises. Please be responsible. The house has to be well cared for to avoid damages to the furniture and amenities.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed on the premises. The use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $300 USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.
