SUNSET VISTAS TREASURE ISLAND VACATION RENTAL 304S ~ AMAZING SUNSETS and the SOUND OF THE SURF are waiting for you at Sunset Vistas on Treasure Island Beach!!This 2 bedroom/2 bath South view gulf front condo captures the beauty of the white sandy beach, blue waters, and world-renowned sunsets. The condo is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest room. Each room offers flat screen television and ceiling fans.Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.Just bring your swimsuit/beach towel, sunglasses and lotion and be prepared to relax and let your cares drift away. It is a spectacular place to spend time for the whole family. Two pools- one kiddy pool and jacuzzi area and a large family-friendly pool with a jacuzzi too! Lounge at the beach, search for shells and sanddollars or unwind at the Tiki Bar for a cold tropical beverage (with the umbrellas). Sunset Vistas has a quaint cafe for those slow relaxing mornings on the veranda with coffee and a muffin or rock in the hammock listening to the fountains in the lush tropical courtyard.A short walk/drive to popular John's Pass Village boardwalk of shops, restaurants and water excursions-dolphin watch, putt-putt at Smugglers Cove, or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tale.In Treasure Island, you will have access to all types of fun water activities including: fishing, parasailing, boating, and waverunners. Winter Break!!!

We wanted to get away from the snowy northeast to watch the collegiate softball tournament in Clearwater over the President's Holiday. This was a nice way to be at the beach and be easily accessible to the fields at the same time!!!

Fun in the sun

Great location- only a few miles to yummy food and shopping! The beach was right out the back door! Traveled with 3-20 year olds and they had a blast!!

Nice location on Treasure Island

My husband's requirement for our vacation was that our lodging had to be on the beach. This was a great location. The pool was also nice. It did get a bit busy, but was nice to be able to just take a short walk to the beach. The location was also walking distance to St Johns Pass boardwalk and other attractions/dining. Would recommend and return in the future.

Great location directly on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and tidy. Beach was breathtaking. Ice maker on the freezer did not work. Could use a couple more garbage bags.

Great trip

Great experience at this property. We have been coming to this area for the past and stay between Pass-a-Grille and Treasure Island. Nice location near everywhere we like to eat and beach is always great. Unit was great and plenty of room for my family of 5. Bar near beach and pool was great/convenient along with cafe on 2nd floor. Did not receive or couldn’t locate code for door but called rental company and they had issue resolved within 5 minutes—awesome job.

Long Beach Weekend

Property was close to beach with several amenities on site. Close to everything. The main living areas of condo were good, bathrooms were not clean at all. I understand this is a quick turn around process, but not even sure bathroom was sweep and there were likes of hair behind door. Was able to buy some bleach wipes and make do.

Great stay in Treasure Island

This was a perfect place for us. The beds were not the most comfortable and the balcony would be great if there were more a couple more chairs. Having a few more items for use within the condo like dishwasher detergent, sponges to clean with, beach towels, or spices to use would be a nice add as we flew and brought limited bags. Loved the pools, and the kiddie pool in particular was perfect for our grandson. A local company delivered a beach wheelchair and a crib to the condo - hassle free and affordable. A handrail in the shower would have been helpful for my disabled spouse. Overall, we enjoyed this stay very much!

Great get away

Great visit to sunset vistas. We had one issue with the toilet handle breaking and with in 10 minutes of my phone call somebody was there to fix it. The condo was perfect for our group. We will definitely come back and stay again.
