The Space:
This charming beach house can be found nestled in a desirable area of Armação dos Búzios, Ferradura Beach. It’s close to Downtown if you are planning to go out on the town, but it’s far enough out of town for you to avoid traffic snarl-ups at peak times (because you endure enough of those in your everyday life!)

You’ll find that this delightful property offers the ideal exclusive yet fun getaway which all your family will love. And with five suites, you can host up to fourteen people in comfort and style. With a pool, a beautiful garden, and of course, all the joys of the beach, your family and friends will truly appreciate the care you took in choosing this exclusive hideaway.

The dining area is a big favorite with guests here. It has an open pizza oven and huge panoramic windows leading out to the terrace and the pool, overlooking the sea. This tends to be the center of family life, the place where everyone gathers around the long table at night to laugh, tell stories, and enjoy each other’s company. On the tropical terrace, you will find huge cotton covered sun loungers and sofas, perfect for couples and snuggles with a glass of wine and a great book. Hammocks complete the lazing around picture. The views over the bay are a constant source of fascination, as you watch the yachts come and go.

Every room is designed with taste and discernment, with so many homely touches that you will feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

The décor features natural materials like wood and linen, with a chic yet relaxing color theme of dark brown and crisp white. The whole place has a cleanly elegant yet sumptuous feel. Furniture is an eclectic mixture of antique and modern, rooms are spacious and uncluttered and most offer panoramic sea views through huge sliding glass doors leading on to a terrace or balcony.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The Neighborhood:
Ferradura Beach is one of the most cozy and glamorous spots in Búzios.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
The house operates with staff, at least two if you bring your personal cook, paid as an extra.
Electricity is charged as an extra.

We can offer housekeeper, maid and cook generally and can offer other optional services such as as waiter, barman, etc.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property. Extra staff may be needed, visitors outside of the quantity or time established above will incur in the penalties explained below.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 2200 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it).
* Children must be accompanied by adults at all times near the pool or at heights.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Security cameras on property
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without a prior approval from us can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
