You'll love the Ozark Mountain views from the deck of our penthouse condo just 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City! Featuring two bedrooms on a split floor plan, our corner unit offers quiet privacy amid a gorgeous ridgetop setting with sweeping views of the valley below. We feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens and a sleeper sofa for even more room to sleep. With TVs in every room, free wifi, and a fully-stocked kitchen, it's your home away from home in the Ozark Mountains!

The expansive and private south-facing back deck has tons of room to spread out and enjoy the spectacular scenery. It features a table—great for enjoying a sunrise breakfast or playing cards into the evening! The condo is *walking distance* to two seasonal outdoor pools, hiking trails, a horseshoe pit, and a playground. There's even a catch-and-release pond on the property!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the amenities of home. Cooking is a fantastic way to feed family and friends while traveling without breaking the bank! The open floor plan makes it easy to visit with each other, and there's room for four to sit at the bar.

The living room has two recliners and a couch that turns into a sleeper sofa. With plenty of seating, it's a wonderful space to visit with each other and spend time together, the highlight of any vacation!

The master suite with a queen bed has its own TV and a private bathroom with shower and tub. A door offers direct access to the deck.

The guest bedroom with a queen bed also has its own TV and access to a separate bathroom with walk-in shower.

A washer and dryer in the closet are available to help you keep your items fresh while on your travels. Detergent is provided.

The entire home is yours, but just let us know if you need anything!

Two seasonal outdoor pools, a picnic area with grills, and a playground are just steps away. Parking for boats (with power) is complimentary for up to 7 days.

Great Stay

Condo is very basic but clean and very convenient to Silver Dollar City. Great for family of 5 going to the park or exploring Branson. Neighborhood is very quiet and we talked with several friendly people in the area. Chris was great to work with and very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect location & atmosphere

We stayed for a softball tournament. This was the perfect location giving us opportunities to explore but also being close to both softball facilities. We enjoyed the pools as well as the pavilions and used them for team dinners and gatherings. We will definitely return if in Branson again.

Branson get away

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to SDC. The best part was a nice balcony overlooking a wooded mountainside. Very nice for morning coffee and breakfast.

grew up in Anchorage, Alaska--a spectacular place filled with some of the most amazing scenery on the planet. It's a magical place and a great place to live, but after nearly two decades there, I decided to see what the outside world had to offer, and I took a position in the travel industry working remotely and moved down south. I currently serve as Director of Operations for a small start-up company that helps people book discounted rental cars. We have a small but passionate team of people spread out around the country (and even overseas), and I get to travel around to them and make sure they have all the tools they need to help our customers as best as possible.

My time working in the travel industry as well as spending so much of my time traveling around the world has really given me an appreciation for a good place to stay. My goal is to help you feel like you're at home and to enjoy all that our area has to offer and still have a relaxing space to retreat to after a long day of sightseeing and shows.

Why they chose this property

Living in the "Lower 48" and working remotely has offered me the opportunity to see more of the country and the world than I ever dreamed possible, but it has also made it possible for me to spend a lot of time with my family, several of whom live here in Branson.

As I've spent more and more time in Branson, I've realized that the people are what make this place special. Everyone is so warm and friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you. And people remember you by name! Restaurant owners hug you when you walk in. Postal clerks actually smile and ask how your family is doing. There's an openness and honesty here that simply doesn't exist in much of the rest of the country.

It's a small town, but there's so much to do. I've lived in several large cities, but there's more to see and do in Branson and the Ozarks than there is in many other places I've spent time. Silver Dollar City is one of the best theme parks I've been to, and the entertainment options on the 76 Strip are endless. New and amazing adventure sports options are popping up all the time, and dozens of golf courses dot the region. And of course the lake is always nearby if you want to cool off on a hot summer day!

What makes this property unique

Being so close to Silver Dollar City is so convenient! It's also easy to get here from Springfield--faster than getting to most other places in Branson, thanks to the Ozark Mountain Highroad! I also love the views off of our back deck--it's hard to come any closer to the scenery we love so much here!

Yet everything else is so close, too. The lakes are close, the shows are a fantastic location. An accessible retreat—what more could you want?
