Had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend. Plenty of space-the screened in porch was nice even in the hot weather. The backyard was peaceful, beds/bedding super comfy and quick response from the host if needed. Just a 15 minute walk into downtown and 3 minutes to Wildwood Park.

The Broadway Guest House was an absolutely charming & perfectly peaceful yet so close to it all.
I loved my stay... the house provided everything I needed. A quiet respite after some busy days at Denison, beautiful spring views and just about everything you need to feel at home. I, personally, love a good rocking chair and there are plenty to chose from. The house is decorated very tastefully and is incredibly comfortable. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Wonderful place with big yard and forest behind and near walking path and town.

Fabulous!
What a great spot this is! Granville is a lovely town and the neighborhood is so quaint. The guest house is so cozy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a movie in the family room, slept well in the cozy beds, and enjoyed the proximity to Denison, where we were visiting. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Fall Location
We checked in and it was smooth sailing from there…great televisions, comfortable beds, lovely decor and a well functioning kitchen plus good water pressure. Granville is just a very special historic neighborhood. The fall colors were spectacular.

Couples weekend getaway
We loved our weekend visit to Granville and this house suited us perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and I liked the open floorplan. The kitchen was well appointed as we enjoyed cooking a couples meals in. The location was great and was a simple 10 minute walk to town. My only issue was that it smelled of animals and had fur on the living room rug. I knew going into the rental that they allowed pets, and they did have a couple air purifiers running. My allergies did flare up a bit, and my friend bought a candle to mask some of the odor. That said, I would still stay here again.

The Guest House was the perfect place to stay. Close to campus for our daughter and walkable to town
The 2BR cottage was very spacious and very well appointed. While sipping a cocktail on the screened porch I felt like I was at my childhood home in Connecticut, looking at the woods, and rabbits hopping through the back yard. The furnishings were very nice and having a full kitchen and laundry at our disposal was fantastic. Best place in Granville!

I'm sorry we had such a short stay. The house is very comfortable and well-situated.
The house lacked absolutely nothing, and is graciously and thoughtfully stocked for all seasons with everything you could possibly need or want. We felt that "the house was waiting for us," the moment we walked in the door. Many thoughtful touches we appreciated. Comfortably set back from the road on an expansive yard.
