The Sanctuary - Signature - Home sleeps 8

Situated within an elegant and luxurious neighborhood, right by the Moab Golf Course, our home is at the end of the cul-de-sac. It is very secluded and quiet. It's the most private house you can rent within the Coyote Run neighborhood. The window views show the beauty of Moab; red rock walls and cottonwood trees.

All bedrooms have their own full bathroom including soaker tubs. Upstairs bedrooms and loft are hardwood floors. The ground level floor features polished concrete.

The Sanctuary has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms plus a loft. The two upstairs bedrooms have queen size mattresses , and the floor level Master bedroom has a king size mattress. The loft has a futon couch which if used to sleep 2 more people, accommodates a total of 8.
Please note that although we are pet friendly if you will be bringing in a pet there will be a $55 per pet fee. *Please notify us us prior to your arrival if you plan to bring your Dog(s).
To provide a peaceful respite, there are no TVs in any of the bedrooms.

All the lights (including the bathrooms) are controlled by a dimmer switch, which allows you to set a very cozy atmosphere. Due to Hoa Policies : no trailers and no Razors/side-by-sides allowed in the community. Shared driveway, so parking only allowed in 2 car garage, 3rd spot next to garage.

For your entertainment, the Sanctuary has a monitor and an Apple TV to log into your 'Netflix', 'HBO Now' or other of your streaming accounts supported by Apple TV. We also have hand selected books in our library.

The Sanctuary is dog friendly. We do not allow cats.

We care about our environment and your health. Our housekeepers use only fragrance-free (where possible), organic or eco-friendly cleaning supplies.

DOG POLICY
Our pet fee for The Sanctuary is $55 per dog.
**Be sure to inform us if you are bringing your dog(s), so we can make payments arrangements and obtain your agreement to the policy.

We will leave you a "Dog Package" containing a towel, waste bags and yummy treats to welcome our four legged guests.
To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay and by booking with us, you agree to the following Dog Policy:

My dog is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.

My dog is free of ticks and fleas.

My dog will be with me under my care at all times (If I must leave my dog alone, it will be kenneled).

My dog will be on a leash and under my control when outside.

I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste.

I will keep my dog off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.

I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my dog during my stay.

I understand that if I forget to leave the required dog fee, my card will be charged the full dog fee amount upon check out.
Possible $50 minimum violation fee
