BEAULIEU 3BR, Terres Basses, St. Martin

This luxurious villa on a hill overlooking Baie Rouge is facing the Caribbean Sea, the far distant St Martin's mountains, and the island of Anguilla. The special location of Beaulieu provides unforgettable views of the sky, the sea, and the scenery of the mountains in the back. It's a real postcard sea view all day long, and at night you won't feel alone as you have the lights of Marigot. Beaulieu features three equal oversized suites out of Italian tumbled marble; each one with a sea view, even from the bathroom. All of them have a private terrace as well as a private patio or garden.

You enter a double living-room connected with a 2-arches dining-room, outside dining, and living-room near a large 50'x20' heated swimming pool. A very large Kitchen-Bar facing Baie Rouge with a double sliding window and granite countertops makes the cooking a pleasure. Walking all along Beaulieu, you always keep the gorgeous sea view.

Even though you are in a seemingly remote oasis, you are close to all the amenities. It's a short drive to the beaches like Baie aux Prunes and to Baie Nettle's culinary restaurants. You are just 10 minutes to the airport. Another 10 minutes in the other direction and you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with bakeries, restaurants, shops, historic buildings, and Creole Market. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case or Philipsburg's shopping haven.

For sure the length of your stay will be too short. It's a real Vacation Villa!

* For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 12 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week.

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).
Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).
Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person
* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!
The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.
* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.

Other Things to Note:
- If the guests have a specific temperature they prefer, please inform the concierge team prior to the arrival as the pool
temperature needs to be set by the maintenance team
