The condo was comfortable and clean and had a wonderful location. We enjoyed having the great deck to hang out on after a day of walking, or biking and seeing the sights.
Great location. Nice place. If you are competent and capable of parking your car then you will be ok with the parking space. It is tight but we got in and out with our SUV ok. If you aren't good at parking or have a huge truck you may have problems.
We used this as our base camp to see Biltmore and Chimney Rock. We loved being able to park the car in a gated, covered garage at the end of each day. We were able to walk to a different restaurant each evening, and to several breweries during our stay. The porch was where we all gathered upon our return each evening. Would stay again!
This property was just as advertised. It was right in downtown Asheville. We were able to walk to almost everything with the kids. The property itself felt secure and safe with the security measures it took to get into the building. The parking spot in the garage was pretty tight. We were able to get our SUV in with one of us getting out and guiding the other. We’d definitely stay again!
The apartment is awesome! Great location making mostly everything a walkable distance.
Our only issue was parking in the garage. Our minivan would never fit into the parking spot. It is clearly only for a Mini-Cooper! Found free street parking and had no issues though.
The space is great. Secured parking below is fantastic. Very Clean, balcony/ deck is huge and ok view. And the property managers were really responsive. The problem is the VRBO problem. our travel plans changed 13 days out, but we missed the 2 week window, so we couldn't change our reservations (no exceptions) - couldn't shift dates, couldn't move anything. So we made due - since we already paid for the space. Lesson learned - and I'll book a hotel next time. Would have been cheaper too!
We enjoyed the condo and the location was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Asheville! If we didn't want to go to far there were a couple of restaurants/breweries right next door.
The condo was clean, well kept, and the outdoor space was huge for a condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall nice with a few excwptions
The parking spot assigned to this unit is very narrow and in between a concrete wall and a concrete post. We have a Ford Explorer and each exit or return was a major ordeal getting parked. For smaller vehicles, probably not a problem.
Also, the code to door did not work upon return from dinner first night and it took maintenance folks to come work on lock for about 45 minutes while we waited. Very nice though.
View from the patio does not include a photo of the main focus you see. Just below the patio balcony is a rooftop with debris and very unsightly.
Lastly, the ice maker did not work in the refrigerator and was not repaired while we were there.
I will start with the negatives...parking is a bit of a challenge but not impossible, just take your time. Currently there is construction on the three properties next to this location, do a bit noisy.
Now the positives, a beautiful location, well designed and decorated. Convenience is outstanding close (within a five minute walk) to probably 20-25 restaurants, pubs, microbreweries and even more shops. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience life in Asheville.

Reviewer Comments:
Beautiful, super clean and extremely comfortable.
The parking was pretty challenging as others have noted, but because the location was so great we only took our car out a couple times over our 4 day stay. The patio is great, enjoyed it immensely in the evenings. Clean and comfortable!
The property was clean, and centrally located. Lots of restaurants and breweries within walking distance.
As previously mentioned, the parking was an issue. The listing states the SINGLE provided space will accommodate a TAHOE, but that is definitely NOT the case.
I scratched my Pathfinder while trying to park in the “very small” sedan sized parking space.
I contacted the property management, and was told that I could park in a different space.
I don’t understand, why that info wasn’t provided initially?!!
It would have saved me a lot of frustration, and the cost of having my car repainted!!
Other than this major inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay!
I hope the listing will be updated, with accurate info, to avoid anyone else having to deal with this!!
Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s about a 10 minute walk to get to downtown. But there is plenty to do between “downtown” and this property, including breweries, restaurants and shops. The condo itself is clean and appears to be pretty new. So new that they haven’t even grouted the patio tiles on the balcony. For the price, I would expect a bit more “comforts of the home” to be provided. It’s pretty minimal on kitchen tools/supplies. It has an IKEA show room kinda vibe. But overall it has everything you need, just maybe not everything you would want.
Bottom line- it is clean, close enough to downtown, super safe, and check in/out process was a breeze. Nice place to stay.
The property is perfect. I would have someone look at the functioning of the pocket doors. They are really hard to open and close. It could be due to the weight of the doors themselves. Other than that - you could not ask for a nicer property.
