Alle Angaben stimmten mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Ein sehr sauberes und intelligent und sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Eine freundliche Familie empfing uns - bei Fragen war die Kommunikation einfach und alles wurde gelöst. Am meisten haben wir die wirklich nur 70 Meter bis an den Strand und die vorhandenen Fahrräder genutzt.

Maison parfaite

Séjour parfait, dans une maison très confortable, agréable, sans vis à vis, la plage à 50 mètres. Hôte très réactif et arrangeant pour les horaires. Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus. Je recommande vivement.

L’atterrissage des fourmis

Bien que la maison soit belle elle est infestée de fourmis qui viennent du jardin. Les fourmis entrant dans le salon et la cuisine ne nous permettaient pas de prendre nos repas dans la maison, sauf pour le petit-déjeuner du matin. Néanmoins, le propriétaire a exigé 80 euros pour le nettoyage final, alors que ma famille et moi avions nettoyé la cuisine et le salon des fourmis. Je ne pense pas que ce soit très élégant de sa part. Dernière chose : dans l’annonce il n’est pas bien précisé que les deux chambres à l’étage communiquent entre elles et que pour aller à la salle de bain il faut se rendre dans l’une d’entre elles.

Plages et musées autour de la seconde guerre mondiale, Caen, Cabourg, Deauville, et nous avons terminé par la Suisse Normande. Séjour diversifié et très dépaysant

Excellent sejour

Tout est fait chez Arnaud & Caroline pour passer un très bon séjour. De l’accueil à l’emplacement, en passant par la déco et la propreté de la maison. Mm en pleine tempête et avec bcp de pluie ns n’avons pas eu froid et avons pu profiter de grandes balades en bord de mer. Merci à eux.

Juste exceptionnel

Très belle maison, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Pas de surprise entre les photos et l'hébergement. Emplacement impeccable, juste qq pas à faire pour se tremper et promener sur le front de mer. Propriétaires adorables. Bonne situation pour visiter les plages et monter jusqu'à Honfleur ou Étretat. Avons passé de super vacances. Je recommande vivement.

Sehr hübsches Haus- une belle maison charmante

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und besonders eingerichtet, nahezu direkt am Meer. Sehr nette Vermieter-wir hatten schöne Tage! La maison est très jolie, bien équipée-il y a vraiment tout dont on a besoin. On reviendra:)

Charming villa near the beach

Very nice service from our host at our arrivel and departure. The location In the city and the distance to lagrer cities or the highhat makes day trips very easy.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Saint-Aubin-sur-mer

Unser Aufenthalt im Juni 2023 in Saint-Aubin sur mer war sehr schön. In der Vorsaison ist in dem kleinen Ort noch nicht so viel los. Dennoch sind alle Lokalitäten geöffnet. Besuche in Caen und Bayeux sollten auf der Tagesordnung stehen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. Dadurch bekommt man vom Trubel auf der Strandpromenade nichts mit und ist dennoch in nur 70 m dort. Von der wunderschönen Dachterrasse hat man einen kleinen Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist vollständig ausgestattet. Wir haben insbesondere in der Küche nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter Caroline und Arnauld sind sehr nett und waren bei Bedarf stets ansprechbar. Neben der Dachterrasse gibt es auch einen schönen abgeschlossenen Innenhof mit Grill wo man schön sitzen kann. Funktionierende Fahrräder sind ebenfalls vor Ort. Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt, Obstladen sind im Ort vorhanden und fußläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub. Für eAuto-Fahrer wie uns wichtig: im Ort sind zwei 22 kW-Säulen fussläufig zu erreichen. Zwei Orte weiter ((Luc-sur-mer) gibt es direkt an der Strandpromenade eine 50 kW Säule. Einfach in einem der vielen Restaurants mal essen gehen und nebenbei vollladen.

Parfaite petite maison

Rien ne manquer dans cette petite maison de ville. Louée pour le réveillon avec des amis, nous avons été comblé par cette charmante maison, refaite avec goût, très bien équipée, idéalement située à quelques pas de la plage et avec de très jolies terrasses extérieures. Des propriétaires charmants. A refaire sans hésiter

Empfehlenswert

Sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtetes Haus. Nur eine Straße zu überqueren und man ist am Meer. In St .Aubin findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Größere Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar .Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei Bedarf gut erreichbar.

Super toller Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus, die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Blick auf das Meer von der Dachterrasse war das Highlight. Auch die kurze Distanz zum Strand war wunderbar. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus in fantastischer Lage

Ein wirklich liebevoll renoviertes Hinterhaus, das genauso funktional wie stilsicher eingerichtet ist. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem 13jährigen Sohn hier und haben den Aufenthalt alle genossen. In der öffentlichen Sportanlage, die 3min entfernt lag, hat unser Sohn Kontakte knüpfen und sich autoben können. Jederzeit wieder!

Idéalement situé

À quelques mètres de la plage, à quelques minutes à pied des commerces de proximité : Primeurs-produits au top- boulangerie et boucherie, bref idéalement situé. Les enfants ont fait des cours de voile à langrune sur mer à 5 minutes en voiture ou 10 minutes à vélo sur la digue. Ils sont ravis. Plein d'activités possibles, petits restos sympas à proximité également. Bref excellent séjour. Nous recommandons.
