It has artesian well - without danger of lack of water! Located approximately 25km from the center of Ubatuba and Caraguatatuba. Do not cross lane to go to the beach; markets, restaurants, shopping nearby; quiet place to be with family, children, tranquil sea, beautiful landscape!
