Custom designed and built from the ground up by resort owner Phil Sena – with nothing compromised – this luxurious Caribbean home is on the ocean’s edge with 180 degrees of unobstructed ocean views and sunrises. With complete privacy, this site is home to famous movie shoots, celebrity weddings and family reunions.


About The Caribbean Resort
Our Caribbean homes are named in honor of Hemingway, the beautiful Canary Island Jamaican Malayan Princess and Royal Palm trees that grace our resort. These homes rest on white-sand grounds among luxuriant tropical flower gardens and arching palms that sway in the gentle ocean breezes. Just steps away from the emerald-green oceans edge. Endless piers and a beach-entry pool awaits your arrival. Coconut palms arching gracefully over the pool. Fresh water lapping at your toes as you enter the beach. Our one-of-a-kind pool is a natural oasis that gives life to gardens of tropical flowers and pineapple palm and banana trees. Waterfalls cascade over heated rock into our spa and pool. Private sun decks are scattered throughout the grounds. Gazebos, tables, chairs and lounges are comfortably placed for your enjoyment.

All homes include daily housekeeping. Boat slip availability must be confirmed at time of booking. Dock Space is Limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Boat dockage is a separate fee due upon check in (Our office is open 8:30am to 4:30pm.)

Beautiful home great location

We have stayed in islamorada every year for the past 10 years. This is the first time we did a VRBO and stayed at the Caribbean Resort. Very clean upon arrival, property is very well maintained. Beautiful and spacious home A couple of suggestions. The bicycles are awful rusted broken chains, frames are rusted, seats loose, feels like they are going to fall apart when riiding. Buy new bikes. Mattresses and pillows are also horrible.

Relaxing Retreat

Our family of four enjoyed 4 days at The Caribbean Resort in the SOUTH PALM. The views are beautiful from the back of the house. Kitchen is well appointed- we cooked meals several times during our stay. Keep in mind that no spices are available in the rental (one night we had to venture back to the store to buy salt). Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, including the loft. Waaher and Dryer was nice for washing towels and swim suits. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained. Very convenient to launch your boat each morning and then clean your catch upon return. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock each morning... the resort had a pole he could use. He caught a few sharks, barracuda, mangrove snapper, etc. Very shallow water, so fishing was best when tide was high. We took advantage of the free bikes, kayaks and paddleboards... so nice to have those available for use. The resort provided a quiet retreat for our family and we loved the landscaping and tiki torches at night. Our only complaint would be our shared balcony with guests staying in the North Palm side of the house. Would be nice to seperate the two sides with more plants, etc to provide more privacy. Caught me off guard to have other people walking across my patio. We would definitely stay at The Caribbean Resort again!
