Just renovated summer of 2024!! Come stay at this charming home at Assateague Pointe for a wonderful vacation. Enjoy the many amenities this complex has to offer - from two large outdoor pools, rec room & club house, fishing pier, ponds, and paddle boats, to picnic areas, playgrounds and more. This 2 bedroom home has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 2TV's with Roku, free Wi-Fi central a/c and parking for 2 cars. Assateague Pointe is 4 miles from the beaches of Ocean City, and Assateague Island, and right next door to Frontier Town - a western theme and water park. Lots of restaurants and outlet shopping in West Ocean City. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great place for the kids to stay!

Had a great time at this place, only downside was the floor was super dirty when we arrived. It actually turned our feet black and we all had to wash our feet before getting into bed, so we swept and vacuumed the next day. Not the house owners fault just the cleaner not doing their job I guess? Besides that would 100% stay here again!

The property we stayed at was very clean.Very quite area. Have goings on at the club house. Only issue we had no WI-FI. So before deciding on a property ask if they have WI-FI. We were told that if you go to the club house, arcade or near the horse shoe pit you can get WI-FI.
