2 bedroom oceanfront condo in the much desired Golden Sands. Tons of building amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, plus children's pool, tennis, shuffleboard, paddle ball, volleyball, exercise room, game room, convenience store and gift shop. The condo includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 Smart TV's, DVD, Free Wi-Fi, and central a/c. Parking for 1 car, unit is non smoking. The building charges a non-refundable registration fee due on arrival year-round. *** Off season weekends available *** Occupancy 4. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
