This beachy condo is on the ground floor one unit back from ocean front in an oceanfront building. Only 15 steps to the beach walkover just off the back patio. It has updated decor and a king size bed. This bright and beachy condo is the perfect destination for a holiday break, friend's getaway or family vacation! Your 2-bedroom 2-bath condo is a must stay as it fully equipped and tastefully decorated! You will enjoy brightly decorated bedrooms, which include a new King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa, so sleeping your extra guests is not a problem! Tiled floors throughout living area while bedrooms are newly carpeted. Fully stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, microwave and icemaker. Bathrooms have newly upgraded vanities and fixtures. Unit is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, linens and towels, 3 Flat screen TVs (40" smart TV in living room), DVD/VCR player and high-speed Internet with a dedicated router booster in the event you have to work.

Additionally, your condo is the most kid-friendly condo on property! There are flashlights for the kids to search for hermit crabs, coloring books, movies for the DVD, games to play, and beach stuff to use! Since you will be steps from the walk over to the beach, moving the kids to and from will be easy! When you are not at the beach enjoying sand between your toes and you don't feel like cooking, enjoy local restaurants that are quickly making St. Augustine the new foodie place of the South! This resort also has plenty of things for you to do with your family and guests. The amenities include 2 pools (1 is heated in the winter, 5 hot tubs on property, 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, a pickleball court, a newly built bocce ball court, shuffleboard, and 2 grilling areas. Additionally, there is a courtesy officer that awaits your arrival at the gate! Your stay with us will never be boring!

Honeymoon

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice quiet area and super nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. A few things were missing that would have made the experience much better: -only one dishwasher pod that was expected to be used when we left so none available for the week. -no salt. Would be nice to have some basic kitchen ingredients such as oil as we made all of our own breakfasts during our stay. -coffee pot but no coffee -we saw a blender in the cupboard so we bought stuff to use it but the pieces don't fit together so it's useless. -tub spouts are loose in both bathrooms -AC quit working late in the evening and didn't get fixed until the next afternoon after we reached out for the second time

Beach retreat

The condo was an absolute perfect location! Quaint & located a min walk from the beach’s boardwalk. The only complaint I have is there were no beach towels & I couldn’t get a respond from the owner when i sent a message. Despite that I would definitely return! Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and even a few sand toys!

We had problems with the AC. Couldn't lower thermostat below 75 and every few hrs it randomly went to 78. I had trouble sleeping due to this. They sent someone our last day to reset it after reporting it on our first day. Loved the close beach access and overall nice place to stay.

Great location to the beach!

We loved our stay at your condo! The location and walk to the beach was so close...It was easy to walk back and forth! We loved making coffee in the K cup maker and watch the view from the porch. We really enjoyed our time there.
