LOCATION - On Austin St. in the heart of the Historic District
HOST - No host on property. There are 3 other suites on the property that may be occupied during your stay.
SLEEPS - Sleeps 4 in two King Beds (one in each suite)
BATH - 2 large walk-in showers (one in each suite)
COFFEEBAR - 2 coffeebars each with a refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave
BREAKFAST - No breakfast but coffee and teas are provided
AMENITIES - 65" Smart TVs in each suite*, WiFi, gas fireplace in Suite 5, private courtyards each with a hot tub, Suite 5's courtyard also has a fireplace & outdoor seating, common/shared onsite gym with elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights, walking distance to shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries & museums

*Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their own accounts.

In town suites

We had a lovely stay at the in town suites. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. We especially liked the outdoor area with the hot tub and living room atmosphere which we used each afternoon to relax. The only reason I did not choose a number 5 rating is that the ceiling fan was filthy dirty covered with layers of dust and a spider web which we could not help but see from the bed.
