One-bedroom apartment located on one of the most desirable areas in Rincon, walking distance to Steps Beach and the Marina.

The unit is facing the ocean (this is not a beachfront property but you can see the water) and has outdoor hammocks and sitting area. The unit has full kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, one bedroom with A/C and full bathroom. There is a parking space off-street. The public access to the beach is on the street adjacent to the property.

There are other units in this property that also are a rental.

Walking distance to Steps Beach, Tres Palmas, La Marina. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance too.

Clean, quiet and a quick walk to Black Eagle Beach

Due to the Aguadilla flight schedule, we arrived in the middle of the night and immediately felt safe upon walking into the house. Very clean and cozy, and super responsive managers. While this is right by Steps Beach, we actually spent most of our time at Black Eagle Beach (diving, snorkeling, eating)... Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. Very nice unit for two people. Clean, well stocked and centrally located to beaches and downtown Rincon. Communication with our host was great. Only knock is that there is now a fence at the end of the property obscuring the sea/beach view which was not shown on the listing. Other than that, fantastic, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I loved my stay. Just steps to the beach, wonderful rope swing on the beach, great spot to set up a hammock,. could hear the crashing of the waves all night long from the bedroom. Easy walk to other beaches and great food options at the Marina. Would for sure stay again.

Beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this property. The unit layout provides plenty of space and privacy with a beautiful patio, open yard area overlooking the beach which provides unrestricted sunset views. Easy walk to the beach, dive shop and restaurants at the Marina. The owner provided suggestions for things to do prior to our stay and had a binder on the coffee table with suggestions as well which we found very helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. We have been coming to Rincon for 7 years and found this to be one of our best visits, highly recommend this property.
