LIVING AREA
Please enter using the easy keyless smart lock and step into the gorgeous, sun-filled sitting area that overlooks the park from its wall of windows and features a plush sectional sofa and two matching armchairs that wrap around the room.
Behind is the living space where you can relax on the low-line sofa as you catch up on all your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted Smart TV. The sofa also converts into a comfortable sleeping space for two more guests.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the streamlined, fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite benchtops and stainless steel appliances. A full-size fridge/freezer with filtered water and an ice dispenser are ready and waiting. A freestanding oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher take care of all the cleaning up, giving you more time to relax.
Serve up your meals at two dining tables, both offering seating for six. Or, for a quick meal, sit up at the eat-in-kitchen breakfast bar with seating for two. Don't feel like cooking? BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Off the living area are the cozy downstairs bedroom with a single bed, a beautiful antique dresser where you can unpack and make yourself home, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.
Take the stairs up to the home's second level, where you will find an additional four spacious bedrooms and two sparkling bathrooms.
Bedroom two is filled with a luxuriously large four-poster king bed and offers views out to the park from the large windows. Bedroom three is the lavish primary suite. Enjoy two comfortable Full beds topped with soft, hotel-quality linen and bedding, an attached full bath with double vanity, and a walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you don't have to bring a thing.
Bedroom four features a vibrant four-poster queen bed, and finally, bedroom five, with two sets of bunk beds, is the ideal family room for teens or kids where they can hang out slumber party style each night.
There is an additional, full bathroom with all the essentials on the second and soft fluffy towels for each guest, along with a fully stocked laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Outside is the decked patio area where you can catch up with friends on a sunny afternoon with a BBQ overlooking the secured grassy yard, the perfect place for a nightcap or your morning coffee.

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.
PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".
NIGHTLY PRICING
We aim to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.
EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.
COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The ABODEbucks team has completed the "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.
HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please only inquire if the following items work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to visit many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!
