The Space:
Welcome to this charming two-storey duplex featuring two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers stunning panoramic views of the lake and a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two cozy single beds.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and laundry facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely conservatory that opens to a fenced patio, complete with an outdoor table—perfect for enjoying sunny days. The secure fencing makes it a safe play area for little ones. - Please kindly note that you are welcome to use the BBQ at the property, but it is offered 'as is' as it is not part of our cleaners schedule.

For your convenience, there is covered off-street parking available, along with plenty of additional space on the road.

The property is located in a serene neighborhood primarily surrounded by holiday homeowners. Stroll to the corner to The Bay Bar & Brasserie for a delightful meal and drinks, or pop into the nearby dairy for convenient supplies.

For family fun, a charming 'pirate ship' playground awaits just up the road, while a short drive leads to the renowned L'Arte Cafe & Gallery, or, stay lakeside and venture to the nearby pontoon for kayak rentals.

The Neighborhood:
This house is in a very quiet neighbourhood, made up predominately of holiday home owners. It is walking distance to The Bay Bar & Brasserie where you can enjoy a meal and drink. There is also a dairy nearby, where you can buy food and supplies for your stay.

Just up the road is a great 'pirate ship' playground to entertain your little ones. A four-minute drive further will take you to the famous L'Arte Cafe & Gallery or stay on the lake and visit the nearby pontoon where you can also rent kayaks.

Other Things to Note:
*Stay 3 nights pay for 2 promotion details:

• Promotion applies to stays from Sunday to Thursday during the current month
• Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• The free additional night must be requested at the time of booking.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.

A highchair and baby cot may be available on request, please enquire before booking (bedding for the cot is not provided).

Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $200.

This house is close to the beach with seagulls and ducks nearby. While we regularly clean the exterior, there may be times when bird mess is visible on the balcony verandah.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide facecloths.

This property has two security cameras, one overlooking the front door and the driveway and the second one at the back pointing towards the patio and back door.

Interaction with Guests:
We have a key box and will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date. If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app.

5 stars on all fronts! This very homely, well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared homestay, ticked all our boxes perfectly! It was very clean, very central to our needs, very spacious and the extra thoughtful little touches were obvious throughout. We would quickly go again, to this little haven!

Perfect spot for relaxing and swimming or walks near the lake, The Bay brasserie up the road with delicious meals, the Art cafe further up the road is an awesome little spot for brunch. Spacious unit very quiet with comfortable beds and all amenities provided. Thanks very much :)

The property has everything you need for a short stay. It is fairly close to a nice playground, a dairy and a restaurant. There are four flats in the block. It would be great if the bathroom door's latch could be repaired.

Property was well set out and had a lot of extras (BBQ etc). Ideal for a romantic weekend away, or use the extra bedroom and bring the kids. Lovely to look out on the lake. Will happily stay again.

We love your place! Close to the lake and grocery store! Thank you for the welcoming treats! Very thoughtful!!! Loved running on the path and having coffee at the local coffee shop just up the hill!
