The Space:
This stylish and sunny home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, offering the perfect space to relax and recharge. Enjoy ultimate comfort in the spacious lounge, complete with a heat pump/air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The two cozy bedrooms, featuring a queen bed and 2 singles, share a well-appointed bathroom. Both the master bedroom and lounge open onto a private deck, perfect for enjoying an alfresco dinner or savoring your morning coffee (you are welcome to use the coffee machine - BYO pods).
Cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen or step outside onto the deck to bask in the sunshine. Indoors, unwind with unlimited Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for endless entertainment.
With free off-street parking, this home is also an ideal base for those attending Taupō’s exciting events. The start and finish lines of major events like the Ironman, Taupō Marathon, and Cycle Challenge are just 2 km away.

The Neighborhood:
This house is in a perfect location; walking distance to the lake, the ‘Mole and Chicken’, ‘Social Club’ and ‘Jolly Goodfellows’ restaurants.
You can enjoy the lakeside walk to the town centre. It’s also a quick drive or walk to the nearest Foursquare Supermarket. On Sunday you’re merely blocks away from the weekly market.
If you are coming to one of Taupō’s sporting events, this house is in the perfect location as the racecourse of most big events (Ironman, Taupo Marathon, and Cycle Challenge) is only one block away so your supporters can easily take breaks while cheering you on. The Tongariro North Domain, where most races start, and end is only a quick drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
A cot and highchair can be made available on request, but please enquire prior to booking (bedding for the cot is not provided).
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $200.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19.
In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
Interaction with Guests:
This house has an electric door lock. We will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date. If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our after-hours number (number will be send with check-in instructions). Please ring, do not text as texts are not monitored.
